The Jungle Raider Park was suggested to us by the owner of the camping we were staying at. The park itself blew us away, it was SO much larger than anticipated. The park boasts six different courses, ranging from a baby course to an advanced course, mainly depending on the length of the victi.... euhhh climber. We went here with our two kids, 6 and 10 years old, expecting to try it for about an hour. But the park was so much fun that in the end we had stayed here for about 3 hours (don't ask about the muscle-ache we parents had the next day, grin). Oblivious as kids can be about their safety, it was a great comfort to us as parents to see that the park uses a dual-carabiner system, which ensures that the climber is always secured by at least one carabiner. This makes the courses sometimes scary, yet totally safe at all times. There is always a lot of crew walking about, making the experience smooth and pleasurable. Their enthusiasm is contagious, it's obvious they enjoy working at the park.

To compare it to the adventure PARC at Monte Tamaro is not quite fair as the space they have there and the number of things to do especially with the Splash and Spa facility is endless. In saying that this parc is found in a beautiful part of the lake, close to Bellagio. The suspension lines, bridges, zip lines are many and varying in challenge. It felt like there was more space between each challenge at Tamoro, but the challenges here at least the 4 star 5 star ones seemed more of an effort, so for me anyway more challenging. The initial instruction is different, as in Switzerland there was a mini section so that you had to try out each piece of equipment, where as in Italy a guide demonstrated it and you just had to follow their instructions. Two carabiners used in both places but in Italy there was a locking mechanism meaning one was always locked which I thought for the little ones was a great innovation. Secondly in Italy there was always staff roaming around in case someone was stuck, or just couldn't go on. I don't remember that in Switzerland. We were there for a full three hours, it was tiring and exciting.I would highly recommend it to anyone, but especially if you have kids.

I went with my two sons aged 9 and 13 and we did the "Wind" path. It was no less than exciting and challenging for all. It was a great opportunity to bond with the boys and also for them to have fun while extending themselves in various challenges. The price is reasonable considering the equipment and the extent of the installations. The system is totally safe with a double clasp system where you can only disengage one clasp at a time so that you are always attached to something. This was explained at the briefing beforehand and made me relaxed about taking the kids up. It was a welcome change for the boys from the usual lakes region activities and I'm so glad we went. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. My wife was able to accompany us along the ground serving as the official photographer! We also did a bit of archery at the entrance to the park which was also a lot of fun.

We took my 12 year old son here as a break from all of the museums and churches he'd been dragged through, and to celebrate his birthday. The equipment was better than safe, it was really cool. The courses were fun and challenging, and the number of zip lines was a nice surprise. Nice side trip.

We were delighted to finally find something exciting and adventurous for our kids to do in Lake Como that is open during the day. Perhaps because it is listed under Civenna and not Bellagio or Lake Como we didn't find out about it until the second last day of a 2 week holiday, but we are extremely glad that we did. It's about a 15 minute drive from Bellagio up some windy wee roads. We arrived at 10am just as they were opening and stayed until just after 12. Our kids, 12,10 and 4 had an absolute ball. The older 2 did the Air and Wind routes and there was even a Baby route that our 4 year old did. He was incredibly chuffed to have the same harness and equipment as his big brother and sister. We have been tree trekking in quite a few different locations and have never found one that caters for younger children as well as this. Peter gave clear safety instructions in Italian and in English and had a really friendly way with the kids while all the while emphasising safety procedures. Should probably get the kids to wear long sleeves and trousers as it was fairly cold under the trees even on a sunny day. A super morning!

We were visiting Lake Como, staying in Dorio. We had 6 young children ranged 13 to 8. The Jungle Raider website stated they were not open in the afternoon, but I sent an email and received a call asking when we wanted to come. We basically had the whole park to ourselves. There were several levels of difficulty and everyone had a great time! The staff was very friendly and spoke enough English to get us set up and give good safety instructions. I would definitely recommend this place for an afternoon of adventure!

Perfect - no queue when we arrived. They spoke sufficient English, and were kind and helpful. No idea what would have happened if we'd had a rain storm while up in the trees, but the weather was just right - late August.

We visited the park with 3 kids ages 4 to 13. All of them had a great time. The place is well shaded by the trees. Our 4 year old loved the "baby" trail and was ready to move on to the higher challenge but it was restricted by height. All in all a great place to spend a couple of hours or more.

We were staying in Lenno got the car ferry over to Bellagio and drove to piano rancio, just outside Civenna. We had 4 children with us aged 6 to 11 all of them had a great time. Minimum height was 1.2m, although there was a toddler practise area for the younger ones. The drive also has some breathtaking views of the lake. Anyway we all had a great time and it was great to find something that was such fun for both the big and little kids.

Tons of fun for the kids (and for parents who like to take pictures of their kids having fun). There are all different levels, some really hard. It was adorable to see toddlers starting to climb with help from their parents. We had a nine year old with us who had an easier trail but with all the elements (and all the safety procedures), a twelve year old who had to deal with quite high and scary sections, and two older teenagers that went on the hardest route - and it was a real challenge. The guides hang around to help. We spent a few hours at the park. This was a day trip after walking around Bellagio (Lake Como) and was a perfect different activity. Definitely recommended.

Our daughters were 13, 11 and 8 years of age and we had great fun in the park. Last year we visited a similar park where our younger daughter could not participate. In Jungle Raider Park even very young kids (4 years!) can experience a bit of climbing. The climbng area is ok, the staff are very friendly and comfortable doing their extensive safety instruction in English. There are various tracks to choose from, pending on your climbing skills. There's a small cabin and terrace in front of the park where they sell drinks, prelacked ice cream and sandwiches. I would advise drive approx 10 minutes and find a restaurant with a great view and more choice for instance in Civenna.

Having been a couple of times this time I felt I must write a review. This is a great place to visit for all ages. Safety is a very high factor and instruction is given with rules etc before anyone can even begin on any course. We are bilingual Italian/English however instruction can also be given in English. A call a head of your visit might be an idea just to confirm this. There are different courses for all levels, some of them quiet hard but always great fun. Help is on hand in times of need or just encouragement from all the staff whom are always friendly, helpful and above all professional. Good for all ages and so if your in the Como/Lecco area this is a really fun activity to do. 1 hour from Milan, so make a day of it....have fun.

Wow what a great surprise this place turned out to be. My kids loved it. Never thought we'd be Ziplining in the Lake Como area. It's very organized and safe and fun. The people that work there are so nice and helpful. They are constantly trying to help and watching to make sure everyone is having fun but following the rules. Highly recommend!

We have been to Jungle Raider several times with our kids when they were young and as teenagers this summer. We have always had a great time since they have trails for all ages and skills. The trails and equipment are safe and the instructors gave great training which emphasized safety. They had guides who spoke english as well. No prior ziplining experience is necessary. I was definitely challenged on the most difficult trails. They had a good mix of ziplining and climbing elements. If driving there, the park is located off a country road after a bit of driving.

Not just for kids ! Many very hard courses to challenge even the most fit of people!! Super fun day and breath taking views!
