So this beautiful park is tucked away in a side street. But it is totally worth it! It has plants from all over the world. It's very interesting to see.This park is not for those in a hurry. I recommend you take at least 1 hour to walk around and enjoy the fresh air.You can actually see the top half of the leaning tower from the gardens. So cool!Oh and the entrance is only 2.5 euros!

Wouldn't you like to visit the place where Italian monarchy planted themselves? Even if it's just for a quick drive through the park, you really mustn't miss this phenomenal landscape paradise. The most inspirational thing to me were the tall pine trees (see photos), and the fields of green. Great place for an evening cruise.

I travel to Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli every year. This is a beautiful park with so much to do. The beach, horse back riding, bike riding, horse racing and nature loving. It is also a Twin Park to The Long Island Pine Barrens- same type of ecosystem, dune systems and biodiversity. It is a beautiful place.

Ideal place for BBQ and to relax during the weekends. The park is opened only during the Sunday's for public. Its around 5kms from Pisa center and ideal to reach by cycle. you gonna enjoy riding bike along the way as the area has lot of horse stables and country side look.

It is a beautiful place to visit, especially riding bycicle... There are many natural roads to ride and many small paths to do by walking where I was able to see different animals, even a deer!Highly recommended for those who like nature!

The Regional park has been put together like a jigsaw puzzle of different areas which could offer a really superb choice of ecosystems, such as coastal dunes, wet woods and prairies, the mouth of two large rivers (arno and Serchio) and an extremely interesting lake surrounded by large expanses of peat moss. Hundreds of species of plants and animals can (or more appropriately, could) be seen. Unfortunately, some of the areas are extremely degraded, and have been included in the park in the hope of helping their preservation. Others areas are simply too much close to Pisa and Viareggio and to large industrial areas to be pretty to look at. The main area used to be a residence for the King of Italy, then for the President of the Italian Republic, and nowadays it houses a large and very popular horse racing venue which makes it almost impossible to visit in racing days. The rest of the woodland is kept as an integral reserve and cannot be visited in working days, which is a shame. So all in all, if you are not a local, or if you only have few hours to spare for a visit, just stay away, because chances are you will be kept out from the places you want to see.

Un'isola a due passi dalla città. Basta starci due minuti per vedere tanti animali selvatici.Attività ben organizzate e coinvolgenti.

Ottima esperienza,specie con i ragazzi,giornata fantastica in un parco pieno di situazioni naturali.

parco che ti permette di fare una bellissima passeggiata rilassante con possibilità di incontrare molti animali,non si può arrivare fino al mare se non si prenota la visita guidata a pagamento che comunque merita sicuramente , ma anche

bella passeggiata in un parco che dovrebbe portarti al mare ma non lo fa perchè la visita si può solo fare a pagamento e in gruppo. peccato per questo senso di claustrofobia. se serve a preservare le dune ok...ma serve?

Fatevi un giro guidato del Parco e ammiratene la bellezza con la possibilità di incontrare tanti animali e di vedere scorci di mare.

Bellissimo però le indicazioni dovrebbero essere più precise... Una volta dentro il Arco non si capisce mai dove andare per poter fare una passeggiata

Peccato sono passato di quì, senza però avere tempo per gustarmi il tutto .. ci tornerò sicuramente !!

Dalla foce del fiume Serchio alla foce dell'Arno, c'è un grande parco, ben tenuto, pieno di attrazioni e dove è possibile trascorrere una giornata in pieno relax, anche con bambini. C'è un bel ippodromo, tre ristoranti, un bar, uno spaccio di prodotti alimentari del posto, la possibilità di fare percorsi nel parco a piedi o guidati con carrozze a cavallo, bici elettriche e persino battelli. I percorsi a piedi liberi sono di diversa lunghezza, da 1 a 4 Km, tutti in piano ed uno in particolare consigliato per bambini. Ampi spazi per picnic. C'è anche una bella foresteria dove si può alloggiare. Inoltre, si possono ammirare magnifici esemplari di tori e mucche della razza chianina, oltre che tanti cavalli.
