A cool bar, relaxing on cushions on the steps. Nice chilled music plays and a huge cocktail menu. The wife and I tried a fair amount of them. All were excellently made. The staff are great and friendly. With every drink you order you get a load of free food and nibbles. Sometimes we had to say no more food, since we'd already had dinner but it's hard to resist.

I got rather used to this place and it's great cocktail menu - every one you can imagine and they even offered to create variations of one I ordered. A very easy place to while away a couple of hours without realising especially when ordering more than one cocktail!Great setting and service too and the extra nibbles thrown in very much appreciated.

Daiquiri Lounge is probably one of the best, if not the best, place in all of Taormina to enjoy a few cocktails or some dinner! Although there is seating inside, most of the patrons (including us) sat on the old stone steps outside of the lounge, which gives you a perfect view of Piazza Duomo! I am sure you are thinking how uncomfortable it is sitting on the steps, but they have leather cushions and little cube chairs to sit on, making it quite the cozy little place to settle down for a drink or some snacks or dinner! The staff was amazing and spoke very good English. A fabulous spot to enjoy after long days of walking around the city or laying out on the beach!

Definitely a great place for Aperitivo & all types of cocktails. Prices are not cheap but it's just on the Main Street so to be expected. They also serve very good nibble food with their cocktails so I would say its definitely worth a visit.

Awesome cocktails, great music nice chilled vibe. We were looking for somewhere for our last night in Taormina, the guide book was pretty limiting and tripadvisor didn't suggest any places that seemed too inviting. The bar is set on a set of steps overlooking a little square with great pugent cocktails. Open til late with a nice friendly vibe, we found ourselves sitting here for hours without realising it. A nice place for tourists without feeling too touristy as locals come here too. Enjoy!

Loved the Daquiri so much that it became an every evening event to arrive as the sun went down to sample a cocktail & canapes prior to eating in the town.The bar opens in the evening, closed during the day. It's situated on the main Taormina street just opposite the fountain on a flight of stairs.The seats are literally plastic cushions arranged on the stairs with small tables around the cushions at regular intervals. It kinda works very well. There are also c. 6 x 2 seats upstairs overlooking the Duomo fountain that we thought were great for people watching as the locals promenade up the main street. Staff, very attentive & welcoming with speedy service & always a nice supply of canapes. Drinks menu was extensive & quality good. Costs c. euro 8-10 were pretty reasonable for Taormina. We also ate from the snack menu on one night. Reasonably priced & adequate as it's really a cocktail bar & not a restaurant. Overall, thanks for a great welcome & looking after us while we were away.

The cocktain bar is situated so that you have a very nice view to Piazza Duomo, maybe the busiest square in Taormina.You sit on pillows in the stairs leading to a restaurant. The tables are very low and there is not always a rest for your back. There are a few chairs on the balcony above the entrance. Head for these chairs if you plan to stay for a while.The cocktains are very good and the beer is cold. It is a very nice place to sit for a drink before or after dinner.

What a great place for a drink. The cocktails are the best I've ever had and you can enjoy them whilst watching the square from stylish seating created from stone steps! Fantastic pre dinner nibbles too. A must visit when in Taormina.

Daiquiri Lounge is a very cute cocktail bar with a great terrace on the stairs next to Piazza Duomo. The cocktails are really good, for a reasonable price also. Friendly waiters. Loved it!

This Bar opens at night on the right leading into Piazza Duomo from Porto Catania. The comfy seats are on the steps looking down into the Square. Good wine and tasty nibbles. Great atmosphere with friendly staff. A great way to start or end the evening.

Best place to drink, to hang around, and relax in Taormina!! Extremely recommend!!! Services is great and the snacks are included. You must go there.
