castle district (hradcany)

城堡区是布拉格的一个至高点，从城堡区可以看到整个布拉格被红通通的屋顶覆蓋住，游览城堡区我们是使用Segway进行，随然城堡区本身的可看性soso，但是view却是非常棒，美到让人屏息，前往城堡区的日子天气非常的好，光影就好像是彩笔将布拉格渲染成一幅如诗如画的醉人诗篇。

城堡区居高临下，大片大片的红色屋顶可尽收眼底，布拉格的魅力无以伦比！王宫的换岗仪式、圣维特大教堂、黄金巷都是有意思的去处，有时间强烈推荐下沉广场里面的博物馆。

我们围绕教堂和旧式宫殿进行了游览。教堂和我们在欧洲其他地方看过的比起来既不那么有趣也不那么美。旧式宫殿很没劲。我喜欢树立着小房子的金街,也喜欢隐藏在居住那里人们背后的故事。

毫无疑问的是城堡区是个超棒的目的地。那里有城堡、博物馆、黄金小巷、教堂,守卫不停的变换,一切都很方便,而且价格合理。我觉得这里真的太适宜游览了。比起城堡本身,我更喜欢的是附近周围的景色。城堡里的建筑物风格各异,有哥特式、罗马式、东方风格、还有20世纪风格的。你去的时候最好要做好准备。城堡附近的公园都很漂亮,可以欣赏到城市的美景。

这个城市在晚上可以看到布拉格的风景。城堡在山顶熠熠生辉,又大又庄重。在这里逗留一下非常不错,但是一定要记得带上水,因为阶梯实在是很长。

我们有幸看到了卫兵换岗的场面,还看到了城堡里的一件特别的事,那就是正好看到了一些正在举行的宗教仪式,很有意思。卫兵非常的聪明、友好,如果你能在中午12点前到达,你就能听到号角声。你可以花250K买部分城堡的门票,或花350K买全票。你必须要买门票才能去Golden Lane。这让人有一点点失望,商场里或者旅游指南上对这里的介绍都很少。有意思的城堡徒步游,很享受。

要早点开始,然后你或许会参观到这个地方的三成。这里一个星期也看不完。布拉格的壮观景色让这里成为必看的地点,也让这里成为了很棒的建筑。我们没有时间看遍一切东西。

Make sure to see this place. You definitely can feel the history in the air and the view you can see from there is great. Cross your finger to not get a foggy day.

As you walk across the bridge you can feel the history. It is a busy bridge but a lot to see. It would be good if you visit it as part of a trip with a guide to explain.

it takes about 1.5 hour to visit the entire site and it is worthwhile.One place that is less known and that we feel needs to be seen is the toy museum. Its very large and rich collection of toys is very interesting.

Lots to see and do here but if you are expecting a castle like you see in the UK you will be disappointed. The complex is huge, containing a cathedral, a little basilica and several palaces. There is also Golden Lane which I found the most interesting of all as it showed the homes (rooms) of the servants as they were in the Middle Ages. A couple of nice cafés here too, to rest in between visits. You can easily spend over half a day here and the views from the top are great too.

Wander around the large open square, walk through the Castle grounds and soak up the historical atmosphere. Watch the 'changing of the Guard', but be careful of pick-pockets, while you watch the ceremony!visit the surrounding cafes, one of which is near the top of the street - can't remember the name. we sat in a lovely courtyard out the back, and soaked up the sun. Try the local pancakes(crepes), with cheese and spinach/ham, but beware, they're huge, but delicious. Share if you have a small appetite at lunchtime.

Unfortunately we didn't make the castle due to tired legs as it was quite a trek uphill to get there.

Great area but that main attraction is the Prague Castle, which is awesome. Nice area to just wander around

This visit requires the whole day as there is so much to see and enjoy right from the ride to the castle on the tram.
