A lovely building with the usual architectural interest but I expected more religious decorations inside. The Cathedral was in the hands of Lutherans up to about 110 years ago & maybe the reason for not portraying the usual overwhelming respect.

Make sure that you have at least one hour to visit this cathedral. Sit there for some time in silence and feel the greatness of the cathedral builders and the priests performing the masses.

A historic and charming cathedral. An enjoyable experience. A definite must do on every visitor's itinerary to Bratislava..

Such a lovely church. Well worth visiting even if just for a short look around. So close to everything else - you shouldn't miss it

Not sure I'd quite call this place quaint and small as other reviewers have although it undoubtedly isn't the largest of cathedrals. That said it has plenty of charm and I was lucky enough to be inside almost alone while the organist rehearsed on the much lauded organ which has recently ben refurbished at a cost of €1.5m. Highlight of my short business strip as the experience was magical. Best attraction I got to see in Bratislava just raging I didn't have my camera.

This little cathedral was very quaint. We enjoyed walking through and taking note of it's importance in the city. Definitely worth a quick visit.

A quiet place for a moment's reflection but a little too cold for me! The cathedral's age makes it worth seeing though.

St. Martin´s Cathedral was the most important church in ancient Hungary Kingdom. It was place for coronation of the kings between 1563 and 1830. This church was very friendly for composer Franz Liszt.

Nicest church in the city. Well done and still big part of the community. Historic and very stunning. In old town. FrFree admission

I only visited the area outside of the church, but it was magical. It was a quite sunny afternoon and the small gardens and steps in front of the church, made it magical! A must see in Bratislava!

Very important cathedral for Bratislava and also for Austrian-Hungarian empire. Worth for a visit, not only for historical reasons, but also for nice paintings, architecture. If you will be very lucky, maybe i will se also crypth under this church.

This is a beautiful Cathedral that must be photographed at least on the Old Town Tour. Well worth a visit whilst looking at this beautiful part of Bratislava. It is free to enter but donations are welcomed.

Small when compared to other, more famous, European cathedrals, St. Martin's is one of the oldest and largest cathedrals in Slovakiia. Eleven kings and queens have been crowned here, significating it's importance. We heard an organ recital here as part of our Viking cruise; what an experience. Loud, clear tones. If only they had played Phanom of the Operra. Well worth a visit.
