If you like mountains, camping, nature, you definitly have to go Gordi Canyons. Newly opened (just in autumn 2014). Easy walk - builded new footpath, stairs. Possible to make a camping and spend a night in tent (tent is yours:-) ). If you want to see waterfalls, plan more time. If you going from Kutaisi, then it takes all long day. Canyons are closed when is snow.From Kutaisi you can reach canyons by bus, which is going from central bus station (near McDonalds) to Gordi village (where the canyons are).Thanks administration and Dato for warm hospitality;-)

This place is magnificent and definitely one of the most amazing places (if not the most amazing) in whole Georgia. It's practically untouched by humans and it feels very remote. The views are beautiful and the feeling of being alone in this nature reserve is amazing. There's no entry fee to the canyon itself, but you might want to hire a 4x4 with a driver to go there. It's possible to hike but it's going to take a long time and the terrain is not easy.

you should definitely visit okatse canyon when you are visiting Georgia. blue/green river, white stones, green environment and stunning views are the basic advataged of this place. the river starts in village Kinchkha, which is located in khoni region. you want to taste real Georgian cheese (sulguni) you should ask locals to give you cheese of Askhi mountain.

No doubt one of the most amazing places in Georgia. Gordi really has got it all! Mountains, fileds, rivers, waterfalls and canyons! To anyone visiting, I'd suggest visiting the Tskhalvardnili waterfall as well as the many places convenient for swimming. You should also visit the "cliff bridges" near the villag.Overall - I give it a 5/5

You will be really excited, as i know this is the largest canyon in Europe. at this time in the village no well-equipped hotel ans shopping centers, but you will be able to stay in a family-type hotel. A big city that is closest to the village, it is Kutaisi, it will take about 40-50 minutes to travel from this city to village Gordi, where is canyon. I recommend everyone to see this miracle

If you are looking for amusement, than this is a right place for you. In this village you can see amazing nature: waterfalls, bridges- which are hanged up on rocks (130 meter), one of the most beautiful Canyon, with heavenly lagoons, deep forests.

Особенной достопримечательностью являются водопады, шумно низвергающие воды рек Набечо и Окаце. Это поразительной красоты творение природы — настоящее чудо.Рекомендую всем, кто будет в Грузии увидеть это чудо природы.

Очень страшно, поджилки трясутся, всего за 5 лари. Кому нужен адреналин и незабываемые эмоции вам туууудддааааа!!!
