The first time in my life I decided to order a birthday cake instead of making it myself and it took me a very long time to find a decent patissier in Brussels. But these guys...they are the best! They baked me an absolutely wonderfully scrumptious chocolate cake, which was perfect even after a week. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Really enjoyed the 3 classes I have taken at La Cucina.Antonio is lovely and makes the experience even more enjoyable.And the cakes are ABSOLUTELY delicious! I would definitely recommend a visit!

We ordered cakes from la cucina delle zie for different occasions and they were always really delicious. No matter whether fruity or chocolate flavours, all cakes we tried so far were wonderful! Our guests also liked the cakes very much. In my view, la cucina delle zie is the best pastry shop in Brussels.

I've been here more than once and everytime you can find something new. Really creative style, wonderful and delicious cupcakes. For my birthday my friends ordered here my favourite cake, a "Mimosa" cake, and it was honestly the best "Mimosa" i've ever had.If you're in need of something sweet around Bruxelles that's the place you want to go!

This place is a true paradise for sweet tooth persons. Antonio (the Italian owner and chief cake expert) and his team are combining the traditional world-hit receipts (carrot cake, cup cake etc.) with Italian flavor. The result will not disappoint you. The cakes and cookies are a true yummy. All the confectionery have a very balanced taste, not overloaded with sugar. The team of the shop also specialize in event cakes (birthday, wedding etc.). We haven't yet got an opportunity to order a cake here yet, but will definitely do it once the occasion is right. The team of the cake shop is truly friendly and a pleasure to chat with. We have randomly stumbled upon the shop during one of our trips to Brussels and have been coming back here since then (during our subsequent trips). Planning on to join one of their cake decorating workshops in the future.

I passed by this place several times without stopping, the unique and elegant style of the kitchen definitely caught my attention. Then Antonio, the cake designer, waved at me and asked me to get in. He was preparing a new cream and asked me if I wanted to taste it. I was surprised by such a simple and kind offer, it never happened to me in Brussels. The cream was supertasty and it reminded me of the great cakes I had as a kid in Italy. I've asked Antonio if he could prepare the same cake I used to get for my birthday and the result was great! I could show off at my party and also my friends really appreciated it and now every time we celebrate something, cakes by Antonio are a must. I strongly recommend La Cucina delle Zie!

La Cucina delle Zie is a unique and very cozy place. Antonio, the owner and baker, is friendly and always finds the perfect solution for your requests. He's such a talented person, his cakes, cupcakes and cake pops are like pieces of art.The After Eight, Oreo and Vanilla cupcakes are definitely my favorite, but I must admit everything is beyond delicious.It's the only place where you can find cake pops, the lemon ones are amazing!I attended a Brunch class and it was so much fun cooking altogether, eating what we cooked and voting the best dish of the day. Awesome experience, highly recommended.

La cucina delle zie is the perfect place if you want to get into the 50's atmosphere and enjoy cupcakes and cakes. I've tried the carrot and lemon cake. They were delicious! Now I just have to begin to try all the cupcake's flavors available...

I wanted to do something different for my girlfriends birthday and saw this experience. You can do numerous things here but I decided it would be fun for us to decorate a cake each. You say what type of things you like and as if by magic when you turn up there is a plan in place. I decorated a cake for my girlfriend and she made a Dr Who cake. Really friendly and helpful staff - drinks provided. Would highly reccomend to anyone, good value for money.

My husband found this place tucked away in a very nondescript street. You could walk past and not notice it, but it's like Alice in Wonderland! You open the door and you find yourself in a retro kitchen surrounded by cake making goods and of course, the cakes!Today we had the Red Devil limited edition cake - World Cup fever - a mojito cupcake, a lemon meringue and a strawberry cupcake. They look too good to eat.The host is very welcoming and really lovely to deal with.

Went recently for a cookie decorating session as part of a hen party. Absolutely brilliant experience, Antonio was a total pro, great fun but made sure we actually learned something. The quality of the cookies and material was top notch. We spent about 2.5-3hours decorating, learning and drinking bubbles, nothing crass or trashy despite the fact that it was a hen which was perfect. Couldn't have enjoyed it more, would absolutely recommend for groups, friends or just to pick up a slice of cake :-)

I was traveling to Brussels April 2014, as a present to my bf I decided to order a birthday cake at la cucina delle zie. Was emailing the chef, Antonio. Not only he was helpful and quick to reply, but also he made a cake with the ingredients I wanted, in the shape I wanted, color I asked!! :) thank you soo much, Antonio, it was very delicious!

All creations have first quality ingredients, from traditional pastries to elegant royal icing decorated cakes: you can find your happiness there! Furthermore, if you search for a cake to celebrate a special event, La Cucina will certainly amaze you with tasty creations and attention to detail. Strongly recommended.

La cucina delle zie is a real treasure chest. When you open it you see a tasteful and colourful world made of delicious cupcakes and cakepops, wonderful cakes, an efficient catering service, truly funny, useful and well organised cooking classes hold in a lovely kitchen... But there is something more, there is a special aspect which i'd call "passion for genuinity": besides using only the best ingredients and knowing the right cooking techniques, they love their job, share their knowledge, and simply make you feel at home. And going back to this unique place for a cooking class or to buy some of their exquisite products is always a great pleasure!
