The security guards directed me to the information kiosk, for a very simple question. It was also closed. I asked them again and they gave me entirely wrong directions - though it was as simple as going up on the elevator! ALSO: there was a man who had two wagons of luggages - very clearly stolen. They said hi to him and laughed. I was disgusted. The next day, I saw the same man early morning with his family (which is sad, that they do this everyday as a means to get by), with empty trollies. This confirmed that those guards know him, and know what he does. They should be fired.
If you're travelling through Paris Charle-de-Gaulle airport, make sure that you arrive well in advance before your flight, 1.5h or even 2 hours depending if you have checked luggage.What some 30 years ago was considerred a futuristic airport, now CDG is seriously out of date with the current volume of passengers and security regulations. Unlike in most airports the security check is done at the gates, and not in the most efficient manner. So queing for a long time and queue-jumping is a normal here. However the staff is not too concerned or in a hurry to get people through.I understand that going through CDG is not something you can easily avoid if you're going to Paris, but this is an advice for you to be prepared and not to expect too much from French hospitality
Chaos in passport control at departure-queue jumping and only two desks open. About 200 standing for ages. Things turned nasty. This terminal is packed and this doesn't seem like a good time for a staff cigarette break. Poor show for France's main airport. Same with the food outlets-2 staff and a queue of 50 people.
Great Service. Very helpful staff. I got a hotel price list that was super handy. Thanks heaps . I was rather lost and didn't speak French, so the staff member on duty was a great help.
no English speaking here, good luck. There is a pastry shop with the best pastry in the world don't miss out on that place.

The staff works very hard at trying to answer any questions concerning Paris and anything else you may need.
The people were very helpful, friendly, and gave you the information you needed about the airport. They can give you information about how the transit works, the hotels, etc.
They were very helpful getting me to the right area.Also, one gentleman helped me carry my extremely heavy bag to the escalator where I could pick up the tram to the right location.
Mesmo que você não fale Francês, é tranquilo localizar os terminais e trens, e sempre se pode encontrar pessoas dispostas a te ajudar.
A l’aéroport Charles De Gaulle, au terminal 2D, l’arrivée des bagages se fait aux portes 6 et en face la porte 7. L’embarquement s’effectue à la porte 9. A la porte n°7, vous trouverez un point d’information touristique sur la ville de Paris (Trains, métros, hôtels, restaurants etc.. ). J’ai testé ce service et on vous fournit gratuitement un plan du métro de Paris offert par l’aéroport de Roissy et celui-ci n’est pas identique à celui de Paris. Le plan vous propose les liaisons via le parc Astérix par exemple, les moyens de transport et les tarifs. Au point d’informations, vous avez la possibilité d’acheter les forfaits touristiques par exemple ou certains billets comme les musées etc.. La personne est vraiment compétente et réponds à toutes vos questions. Le seul problème, c’est qu’il y a une file d’attente. Si vous devez vous rendre à, une adresse précise dans Paris, l’hôtesse consulte son ordinateur et vous donne directement le chemin. J’ai trouvé que le service qui est gratuit d’ailleurs était très bien fait.
Quel plaisir d'être renseigné avec aimabilité et gentillesse, ça devient tellement rare de nos jours qu'il est bon de le souligner !!

Bonjour, J'ai eu à utiliser les services de Discount Park l'été dernier car je partais de CDG pour 15 jours à l'étranger.Je dois dire que j'ai été particulièrement ravie par le service et la qualité des prestations de cette société.L'accueil qui a été réservé à ma famille a été chaleureux et nous avons été pris en charge très rapidement par les employés. J'ai d'ailleurs l'intention de louer leurs service une nouvelles fois pour ces vacances de la Toussain car aucune mauvaise surprise n'est à craindre. Je conseille fortement cette société.
