the emy walkway

We enjoyed walking the most. Walk around Emy Lake the village of Emyvale and do not miss a chance to walk the Giant's Causeway in entirety. It is a couple hours drive from Emy but worth the experience.

This is a picturesque area with a beautiful walkway constructed around the Lake shore. The total distance is almost 3km with a couple of small gradients but mainly flat. There is an abundance of wildlife and flora for those with an interest. Dogs must be on leash which is great and cycling or motor vehicles are not allowed making it a very peaceful experience. The only down point is that the walkway is a little rough in a couple of places and needs a top layer of finer material.
