I cannot recommend these guys enough, the service they gave was amazing. We arrived in Nendaz late, and as we were in touch by phone, they waited for us to arrive so that we could arrange our gear hire to save us time in the morning. Although it was a saturday night and we were late, they didn't seem rushed at all, and were a pleasure to deal with.The next day we had a skiing lesson with Oliver and again, the level of service surpassed what we expected. We are fairly new to skiing and wanted to make sure we had a instructor with training (as we found out that not all ski schools have full instructors, but this shop does) and he was brilliant. He went above and beyond, there was no situation of your time's up, off I go which I have experienced in other places, he actually went over time until we were exhausted! I work in customer services myself, and am often fairly disappointed by the treatment at many places, but I seriously could not find a single fault with this company, they are brilliant and myself and my family will definitely be using them again.(And Oliver, you may be amused to hear that I didn't fall at all the second day.... but Karina did.... we did a bit of a swap!)

excellent service, the team here giving free friendly advice, selling super equipment, right next to our hotel so very convenient to pop in. everything in shop so clean and well displayed. staff very knowledgeable and kind to our little 7 year old son

The entire team at Premier Alpine Centre were superb throughout our week in Nendaz. They truly enhanced our experience in this great Swiss resort and nothing was too much trouble. The level of service is second to none and it was a pleasure going into the shop each day where the team were genuinely delighted to assist in any way possible.

This really is a great Ski shop.Their motto is we organise & you enjoy & they are true to their word.They organised for us to do some night ski touring & night time skiing.Everything was impeccable.They also took us to Zermatt for a one night & one days skiing, they recommended the hotel and we had a guide for the day.Once again everything we organised well & we just able to enjoy our time away.You would think that this would come at a premium in relation to other ski shops but they are reasonably priced and everything is done with a smile.Thanks Guys and see you again soon.

Their logo says it all...We were a group of friends enjoying a long weekend away in Nendaz, Switzerland. From the moment we arrived to pick up our rental equipment (brand new skis!) to the personalised ski touring adventure they arranged for us, the staff at Premier Alpine were faultless.The shop was clean, warm, well presented and everyone was both friendly and informative. They made the process easy and effortless, which is so important when your time is limited.Thanks again and hopefully see you again next year!

We had a group of 15 of us staying in 'chalet Wildhorn' in Nendaz during this week for Christmas .. from the moment we arrived in Nendaz & stepped into the centre, we were greeted by very friendly staff .. from the very helpful & witty Josh at the front desk to Anna & the Canadian guy (sorry forgot your name !) helping to fit our ski hire, they were all helpful, knowledgeable & offered a service that was second to none .. the owner Patrick even loaded our ski hire into the van & drove us up the VERY steep hill to our chalet ! We booked a ski lesson with Elliot & they picked us up from our chalet, gave us all a friendly, humorous & informative lesson (sorry I lasted 6 minutes with my skis on !) .. he asked me numerous times if I wanted to ski again & actually cared which was lovely as I was a terrible student .. he even organised a refund for me for the remainder of my ski hire days When we returned our ski hire, Josh went above & beyond to organise for one of the lovely staff to drive us back up the hill to our chalet .. and to our surprise, he even picked up the rest of our group on his way back to drop them home too .. they really did go above & beyond for us all .. we highly recommend the staff & centre to anyone wanting an awesome action packed holiday ! Lovely service. Heated floor! Lots of advice and extras on offer. English instructors, as well as Dutch and Swiss French.

We have recently returned from a skiing trip to Nendaz Switzerland. we were recommended to this new but very forward looking Skiing center.The staff are very friendly & extremely helpful & knowledgeable.The shop is run by Patrick who has a great attitude to customer service & satisfaction.They did virtually everything for us so that all we needed to do was have a great time on the slopes.Although Verbier is a more well known skiing resort, the skiing in the Nendaz valley is superb with a variety or slopes to suit everyone. We loved skiing Route National the best.The town of Nendaz has some great restaurants & bars. If you are heading for the slopes I couldn't recommend this enterprise and resort highly enough.Thanks to Patrick and all of the staff, hope to see you soon.

I have had 2 great ski days with Stefan - it was a pleasure and I will be back... very friendly and skillful...

Today we booked a lesson for 4 persons at Premier Alpine Centre with Thijs Kennis. Thijs is an excellent teacher. We received a lot of individual attention. He gave firm and brief instructions on how to improve our skills, and room to practice in the lesson & afterwards. Ski lessons in this way is much better than the hassle of a large ski group. They’ve got it right by Premier Alpine Centre. We are coming back for more!

PAC is a brilliant addition to Nendaz. They will organise your ski pass for you so no long queues at the ski lift. You can hire skis, helmets and instructors. They have highly experienced ski instructors.

... rolled out of bed, kitted out in under 25mins...what's not to like... friendly, helpful, store overnight skis/boots etc, right next to ski-lift

Just back from our second ski trip to Nendaz and the service at PAC was so much better than anywhere else in Nendaz. The staff were amazingly helpful, the gear was brand new and the shop space was huge making getting yourself ready so easy. Won't look at another place for next year.
