虽然车程有两个小时,但却带着我们到了一个整洁干净,环境优美,风景秀丽的地方,好好地玩了一天。动物园最有名的莫过于其物种繁殖和保护计划了,但看得出来,整个动物园的设计更多地考虑到了游客的需要——快乐。这次我们不是在学校假期来的,玩得十分开心,非常希望再来一次。Jeans餐厅供应的食物新鲜美味,用餐环境一尘不染。西米德兰兹郡野生动物园好好学习一下吧,跟这儿比你们还有很长的路要走,更重要的是,此地的残疾人停车场不像你们那儿是在斜坡上,使用轮椅的朋友来到这里非常方便。工作出色,继续加油!

所有的动物我都喜欢。这里人不多,而且有许多不同种类的动物可以看,进去之前可以先去游客中心领一个折扣券,距离不远,就三公里而已。

有好多年没去那里,原谅我用了双关语,变化真是翻天覆地。首先让人眼前一亮的的是一流的动物,还有他们住的园子。一定要去蝙蝠园,还有胡蝶园,去看了才知道什么叫变化!最让我们喜欢的要数猩猩园和美洲虎园。如果你和我一样有很多年没去过那那了,不管有没有孩子,都去看一看,一定会玩得很开心的。

这是我这么多年来第三次来这里,对我来说这是整个国家最大也是最棒的动物园。我尤其喜欢蝙蝠洞穴!非常棒的一日游。

这是我们第二次在周日带着女儿到这个动物园里来了,这是我们最喜欢的地方。这里停车便利,停车位安排得很妥当,而且标识得很清晰。这里的动物都有一个宽敞的笼子,它们看上去都很开心,而且被饲养得也很好,这是我们所想要看到的,因为并不是所有我们所去过的动物园都能做到像这里这样!不得不说的是,这是一个非常大型的动物园,而且我敢肯定,我一定错过了一些展区,因此不要指望用很短的时间就能将这里游览完!虽然动物园本身不会因为一家咖啡馆里的食物而失色,但是那儿的食物质量也太差了,几乎就是让人难以下咽,而且还很贵!以后来这里参观的时候,我们会自带食物来野餐的,动物园在室内和室外都有很多野餐用的餐桌。无论如何,这是非常愉快的一天,孩子们更高兴,这里值得我们以后再次游玩。

I visit here each year and each time, come rain or shine, I've enjoyed my visit. There's lots to see and do, you really do get your moneys worth. I'd recommend the zoo to people of all ages.

Never been to a Zoo before so this was great. A huge amount of animals and the staff are so friendly!It's hard to navigate around but it's fun!

We've got a family pass to Chester zoo and before buying it I was a bit sceptical whether we would make use of it but how wrong was I ? The kids love it here as do we it's been great fun going in the early part of the year as it hasn't been too busy. Here's to more fun filled days at the zoo and we are looking forward to the new "Islands" area opening in June.

Its a really good zoo Chester zoo. The staff are wonderful and its free parking. I am a career for my daughter so I get in free which is fantastic, which means I can take her a lot more. We love the sloths they don't have them every where . Also the Big cats are a big favourite.

We purchased an annual pass back in January and it has been well worth the money! We have more than had our money back and we still have 10 months membership. Fantastic facilities. Can't fault it! Looking forward to the new attraction in the summer.

This has probably been the best zoo I've visited. A great selection of animals (over 400 species I believe!) with loads of facts and information about them. Book online for the best price and head straight to the entrance. Food was reasonably priced, but gets very busy in the food venues. The zoo is well looked after and they give the animals good sized enclosures. An excellent day out for all the family.

Good parking facilities considering the large number of visitors, the animals are all kept in fantastic clean and large enclosures and cages. There is plenty to see while you are there and it took us a good 3 hours to get round everything. I think there would be room for small display showing the history of the zoo as it has been around for quite a number of years. I have given this 4 stars and not 5 due the sneaky way they try to get you to donate money. On asking for two tickets for 1adult and 1 child, I was told the total and popped my card in assuming it to be the correct amount. Just as I was keying in the numbers, the teller informed me that she had just popped a few quid on to the total which was a donation and she hoped this was OK. I told her to take it off as I would like to choose to donate, not have the money taken from me. If they had asked , especially after completing our visit, I would have been more than happy to donate. Don't try and sneak money from your customers before they have even been round the zoo. Other than this, I would recommend to anyone. Just a shame I have to warn people about a cheeky little con

We regularly visit the zoo as we live just 10 minutes away. Our latest visit (2 adults, 5 children) was as fun-filled as always! Plenty to see and do, highly recommend :)

We've recently visited Chester Zoo with our two year old son and had a wonderful day. We booked online so saved some money plus it means you get fast tracked so no ques, they just scanned the code straight off my phone and in we went. Tons of different animals too see and good viewing platforms so my two year old got to see everything. Some nice little play areas dotted about and lots of ducks waddling round made his day. Lots of indoor parts so even a rainy day can be enjoyable. Everywhere looked clean and updated so all the animals looked very happy. There is some work going on but doesn't get in the way at all. We took a packed lunch as there are lots of picnic benches to eat on so can't comment on the food. Thing I liked the most was it's very pram friendly, no stairs so you can just walk through with a pushchair with ease, didn't have to leave my pram outside of any of the indoor parts which was brilliant. Bat cave was my favorite and my son liked the orangutans and the penguins, will deffinatley return in the future
