A fantastic day out as a university riding trip. Everything was well organised and enabled a large group of us to enjoy riding together around the beaches and sand dunes. The horses knew their job and all of the staff were friendly and helpful!

Just back from having a brilliant time with a large group in Austria, riding in the snow!I've been with George several times now, to Wales, the beach at Ogmore, Italy, Hungary & Austria. Always a great holiday/day or weekend with prices kept to a minimum. Great for solo riders (I usually go on my own) I've made some great friends & would recommend to anyone!

Had the best day riding through the sand dunes and galloping along the beach. Stunning scenery and a day spent with very friendly people/ponies/horses at a very reasonable price! See you next summer:-)

Had an amazing day beach riding in Wales yesterday - just stunning!A fantastic location... not only breathtaking canters on the beach but also through the dunes and forest!A great crew at the stables (and a lovely pub just across the road)I would recommend this trip in a hearbeat!I was introduced to horse riding and George some years ago by my Father (who is still riding in his 81st year!) with a beginners trek in Breacon. Since then I have enjoyed many tripsto the Black Mountains, Beach rides, two riding holidays in Austria and one to Tuscany which were incredible.What I think is most special about Hoofin' about are the people. Such a great welcome and a relaxed vibe. A laugh from start to finish! I have met some amazing people and friends for life. Cheers guys! :)

Have had an amazing time today with George and a brilliant bunch of people!! Would highly recommended to both regular riders and new ones. This is our fourth time down to Ogmore but our sixth trip with George and will be coming on many many more!

This was my first time riding around the brecon beacons with hoofin about ( george fearn) in a group of riders and non riders. It was such a fantastic day from start to finish, the horses were chosen depending on experience and were very trustworthy and fun to be on. Fab ride with lots of great places to have a canter with lovely views. George was a great host making sure everyone was enjoying their day. Will be booking another ride for sure :)

Although I booked to go on my own I wasn't alone at all! I was soon "adopted" by the group and George. Had a fantastic day from start to finish and can't wait to go again. Would recommend this to anyone, on their own or in a group, riders or non-riders.

Great day out. Well organised. It was very good fun. I felt safe even though I had only been on a horse once before in the last thirty years. George ensured that we were having a good time. Am very sore the day after, but it was worth it.

Had the best day ever all the horses where good weather wasn't the best but had the nice local pub at the ready to tumble dry all our belongings and gave us dry tops! Loved the canter along the beach!

As a very rusty rider I originally booked on the Brecon ride but was over the moon when it got changed to a beach ride because of a group booking. The day ran very smoothly, from the journey to the meals at the pub, to the riding itself. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the riding - it was a dream come true for me and as a less able rider, George really looked after me the whole time and I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely book with Hoofin-About again and highly recommend them.

My first day riding trip with George and I was made to feel welcome by all. Coach travel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious before we made our way to the stables. Horse riding along the beach and surrounding area was truly beautiful and the horses were great, plenty of opportunity to have a good canter. Stable staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic fun filled ride with the gang yet again! Throughly enjoyed it with a warm welcome at the pick up point as ever. Rode a fantastic well behave safe horse amd was taken care of at all times. A truly amazing day with beautiful scenery only appreciated on horseback. Well done george fearn! Hopefully many more days to come!

Been going to Austria with hoofin about since 2005 and will keep on going its just great it is the best thing I have ever done the people the horses the venue is just the best
