Great view, but not very special. We spent to much time to get there but were completely disappointed! We enjoyed wandering at Alfama and Chiado more than here.
Absolutely fabulous view of Lisbon from this Mirador, I think it's the best in the city. Sunset looks lovely from here, and I think one of the main best things of this Mirador is the low amount of people that go there (I've heard this is were the locals go to have a stunning view of the city), expect the place to be really quiet and peaceful when compared to other spots in Lisbon. Although bring your own beverages and food as on top there is absolutely nothing apart from the stunning view.
Every single Miradouro is special on its own right and you shouldn't miss the Senhora do Monte one, beautiful views and great atmosphere, full of locals!! Love it
One of the most outstanding skyline views over Lisbon.Lisbon, the city of seven hills, offers you in Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, the possibility to overview lisbon and the outskirts with an astonishing sight.Take a bright sunny day to go there and you'll have a shinny picture!.Take na evening and you'll the charm of the night lights! But, please try to go there at sunset! Just unforgeatable!
One of Lisboa's top places to see the city and the castle!! Also great spots nearby to have a cheap lunch and enjoy neighborhood cosy scenarios.
One of the best views over Lisboa old town. Go there by the sunset or after hours (by night time) and enjoy the view of the Castelo de São Jorge, Baixa, rio Tejo, ponte 25 de Abril, Chiado and more... Whatever your in, one hour of peace enjoying the view and thinking about the meaning of life or just passing by for 3 seconds is worthwhile the tour up there.
It does give a lovely view of the city and worth it for photos if you are round that way (short walk from the castle hill, for example), but it is a mirador with no major facilities other than a cafe bar.
You've to go there! Great view. Go there by day and night both! See a huge part of the historic city centre!
One of the most amazing viewpoint's in the city, a combination of Lisbon slopes, Tejo river, Atlantic Ocean and the Castle of St.George.
While this small place isn't the most accessible one, it has one of the best views of Lisbon. From here you can in the horizon "Ponte 25 de Abril" and "Cristo Rei". On your left you'll be able to see the "Castelo of São Jorge" and in front of you downtown.
One of the most breathtaking views to Lisbon...less tourists and excellent place to be to enjou a sunset.
This is a great spot! Relax and have a break. It is definitely worth making the trek by foot. Recommend getting lost on your way up through the town of alfama. Winding and and narrow passage ways.
The nice view (amazing during day or night) should be more than enough for you to visit. You don't need much time to see everything and might like to leave your "love locker" if you're visiting it with your pair. From here you can see a couple of other outlooks in the city, which deserve your visit. If you're just in business, you might want to stop by just for a quick look... It will worth your time!
dont be scared of hike till here.is worth and not far from bus 28 stop!just a breathless view...nothing else:LISBOA IS HERE!
Stunning views over the city. There are several 'Miradouro' sites to visit, each of the hills of the city of Lisbon.
