parque aiete

Worth the bus ride to the park. There's a magnificent public library. The architecture is modern and very respecting of the natural surrounding. In the park there are also 3 or 4 SEQUIOA trees!!!! Not sure how they got there, but they are majestic. The ponds and the waterfall are worth the trip. Very peaceful and relaxing place. A must!!!!

This is a pretty park with some nice buildings, but it is quite far from the centre (about 30mins from Amara, uphill), although there are buses too. I wouldn't put it high on the list of things to see, but if you are in Donostia for a few days, then go ahead and visit it! It's also a good place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the concha!

This was a significant walk from where we were staying, but it was definitely worth it. The park is on a hill and had a very varied landscape. The cafe at the top was very good value and not really used by foreign tourists, a good place to get away from the busy beach and old town.

After a morning at the beach, what can be better than cooling off in this park set in the surrounding hillside. We were lucky, this park was just 10 mins from our apartment and a welcome break from the sun. Be prepared to walk up and down hills though.

The Parque Aiete is a nice urban park where families can relax and bring their children to play. A good place to experience nature.

We took the bus up as its quite hilly, but the building they have built underneath the palace is incredible and it was full of people. The park is very pretty and the little grotto is enchanting.

There were lots of pretty flowers and trees. The grass was nicely manicured. Additionally, there was this cool historic mansion in the center. It was a great place to just sit and read a book. There were also lots of families with children and people with well behaved dogs.

Great walk. Nice people. Clean. The trees and flowers.. caffees and nearby stores.... just a very pleasant experience!

Situado en una colina,muy cerca,del Palacio Miramar,a unos 10 minutos,por la parte de detras,podemos ver este maravilloso parque,para dar un agradable paseo,ver el Palacio AYETE,donde veraneaba Franco,ver su estanque,y perderse por sus caminos contemplando la naturaleza y sus jardines tan cuidados y verdes.Para los mas peques,hay un pequeña zona de juegos y muy cerca,se puede tomar algo en la cafeteria.Si el tiempo acompaña,se puede preparar una jornada de picnic,y comer sobre sus explanadas,un parque que no te puedes perder de ver.

No centro com vista ao mar muitas flores muito bem cuidada e ponto de encontro da cidade.Adorável entardecer sentada nos bancos admirando o mar, o calçadão e o vai e vem dos turistas.

É um parque lindo para se visitar: por sua gruta, o pequeno lago com o famoso cisne, o palacete, o bosque arborizado, a biblioteca....Gosto relaxar com um livro, mas também é um dos meus lugares preferidos pra correr em San Sebastián.

Comer en plan picnic sobre una de las explanadas entre arboles. Después de comer los críos se divirtieron en el parque infantil. Mientras tanto los mayores disfrutamos de un cafe tranquilamente sentados en la terraza de la cafetería al lado del parque infantil.

Un parque diferente, presidido por el palacete de Aiete, y que esconde rincones magicos que hay que descubrir paseando por sus rincones

Es sin duda uno de los grandes lugares se la City. Todo muy cuidado, limpio y verde.Ideal para pasear, relajarse y perderse por sus caminos. Gran variedad de árboles y plantas. Destaca su palacio, antigua residencia de verano del dictador franco. Hoy en día lugar de conferencias y actos culturales. El parque dispone de estanque, parque infantil, biblioteca, salón de actos y bar de jubilados. Sitio ideal para sacar las típicas fotos de las parejas en el día de su boda en plan románticon. Hay que ir. A 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad en coche o bus 30m andando.

Y del parque de cristina Enea, al parque de Aiete. Hay que ir, hay que pasear, hay que perderse entre los rincones. Tiene un pequeño parque para los niños en una esquina y como siempre digo yo, a partir de primavera cuando las flores están en su máximo explendor.
