Shopping freaks will have to pardon my version here or better yet avoid it..To me - this place is just another shopping mall, spread over a single level [not multi storied] and dealing with branded international fashion accessories...expensive outlets on a sale gimmick...what is that you get here and not in any other shopping malls??? "Nothing"...the same - the same. If you've seen one shopping mall ...you've seen it a million times! So the fact ends here. Some eateries around that can feed to your small appetite - lots of car space and this "village" is closer to bus stops for those earnest travelling public to shop! But what makes it interesting is the way shops are spread out in an elegant way and can be said a "one stop shop" for your fashion quotient..My take is ...if you're around this place and have some two hours to spend ...then why not? lest its just a sinful waste of time if you aren't intending to purchase or check out your fashion status...Finally, why is this called a village???
Not a lot of movement .... The stores were quiet and the restaurants nearly empty. I was a sunny day but windy.
We travelled by Metro from Gran Via to Moncloa and took the 629 bus tha takes you to the mall for €5.20 per couple. The trains and buses were clean, spacious and very easy to use, the next station announcements were in english too which was very useful! The walk took us part another outlet site too ( Heron City ) which was a bonus! There was a small indoor shopping area and Nike, Adidas and Ferrari Outlet stores here. A walk across the road and though the impressive looking Heron City took us into Las Rozas Village itself. There appeared to be plenty of parking available and plenty of taxis waiting outside. We arrived at 13:30 and it was very busy indeed! by the time we left at 17:00 (we had to get back to Madrid) it was a little quieter so my advice would be go in the afternoon. The Village was clean, easy to walk around and very friendly. There were plenty of shops available and all the up market brands were present. It was sale time so plenty of bargains to be had. Event the Real Madrid Store was cheaper than those in central Madrid.I agree with the other reviews that the choice of food and drink outlets is very limited so don't expect a Food Hall as you will find in UK Malls.Free Wifi and very clean toilets and the Village is all on one level.1/2 a days shopping all in one place.
Great for a day out if you have already been to Madrid and seen the sights. The village itself is nicely designed and there are over 100 shops. As far as prices go they aren't really that cheap if you are used to shopping at outlets in the US. However, if you are prepared to look you can find some bargains. Wasn't that busy in the morning but by the afternoon was a little chaotic. Lacks in food and drinks places but what is there is good enough for a light lunch or snack.
Visited mid Jan 2015 during the winter sale in Madrid. How to get there is very easy, check their website. I took the interurban bus (EUR 2), hassle free. Spain's transportation is awesome!Looks like a small village with little alleys lined by designer and hi end shops. Strolling there is lovely.I found really great deals that made my day! Collection in many of the shops was decent in quantity, variety, size availability, etc...There was something for everyone. But of course, generally speaking, those were basically remnants of past collections. But hey, these are designer apparel ==> immortal! The outlet prices themselves did not look that attractive. Yes there were absolutely 30-40-50% lower than market price (scarcely did I stumble upon the advertised 70-80% discount) but they were not at those lows that would get you shopping insatiably. But it was actually the WINTER SALE that made up for the whole thing. An example:Coach tote bag price: Original: EUR 385. Outlet: EUR 200. Sale: 120 Tadaaa!Below are some actual-figure examples of the final sale prices for you to have a sense and manage your expectations (all incl. tax):- Carolina Herrera Bags: Orgnl EUR 470. Disc.EUR 235/250.- Carolina Herrera winter coat: Disc. EUR 200- Carolina Herrera shoes: many were prices at EUR 150 to EUR 100 - Michael Kors Tote: Orgnl. EUR 225 Disc. EUR 159- Burberry scarves: Disc. EUR 200. Bags' prices were the lowest I have seen in a Burberry store but I forgot the actual prices :(Note: if you do not have a relaxed budget or not willing to 'invest much' in designer goods but yet keen on having one, this may be an opportunity of a lifetime, do not miss it if you ever happened to be in Madrid during the sale.I budgeted half a day for it and it was just fine. It is not that big. There were some small diners and a starbucks. All in all, a truly delightful shopping experience. Go spend there and save somewhere else. All the best.PS. Questions are welcome. I must have had the same doubts you're having now :)
Visited in January 2015 and the reductions were amazing! I even managed to find high end brands with the 4 reduction price. Amazing!! A must visit for all shoppers.Bear in mind that restaurants are seriously limited and the available ones are expensive!!
We travelled by Renfe Local from Nuevos Ministerious to Pinar De Las Rozas station for the bargain price of just over 2 euros each. There was a 20 minute walk to the village from here so not for the faint hearted or those with mobility problems. The trains were clean, spacious and very easy to use, the next station announcements were in english too which was very useful! Take the "C3" line which only has 4 stops to the station. The walk took us part another outlet site too which was a bonus! There was a small indoor shopping area and Nike, Adidas and Ferrari Outlet stores here. A walk across the road and though the impressive looking Heron City took us into Las Rozas Village itself. There appeared to be plenty of parking available and plenty of taxis waiting outside. We arrived at 11.30 and it was very busy indeed! by the time we left at 15.00 (we had to get back to Madrid) it was a little quieter so my advice would be go in the afternoon. The Village was clean, easy to walk around and very friendly. Event the Real Madrid Store was cheaper than those in central Madrid.I agree with the other reviews that the choice of food and drink outlets is very limited so don't expect a Food Hall as you will find in UK Malls.Free Wifi and very clean toilets and the Village is all on one level. With all our shopping bags we chose to get a taxi back to the station, 5 Euros but had to tell the taxi driver where the station was and show him directions on an iPhone which was worrying :)1/2 a days shopping all in one place.
The chicoutlet is ideal for those who want to buy fine brands at lower prices , everything is new , it is easy to go by bus from moncloa station , and return the same way , the village has free wifi , all stores offer freetax bills for those who take refund at airport ,
Great prices. Favourite brands. Weekday visit was pleasant without large crowds. Very pleasant environment.
Nice looking place, part of a international chain. As always in this "game", you have to be lucky founding size and color. Worth to go, but do not pretend to find what you are looking for!!
This is a place to visit if you like shop top brand clothes at the same place. The village is about 30mins drive to northeast from Madrid and has a vast parking area. Maybe not the easiest place to find but when you see the high tower of Heron City you are close. In fact LRV is just behind the tower. I like to stroll around and stop at times to have a cup of coffee or some snack between shopping. The village is not too crowdy but the best offers might get the crowd to gather. It seemed that Ralph Lauren Polo was a hit while we were there. The neighboring Heron City is a village of restaurants and cinemas - we only visited this site for frozen youghurt which was ecxellent.
Not the best factory outlet around as compared to the ones in Italy and USA. Not very cheap too. You can check out the brands at the village's website and decide if there is anything there for you. Easy 30mins (air conditioned) bus ride from city. Free wifi at the village. Clean restroom. Ample parking. Only a few choice of restuarants there. No harm going there to shop if you have time in Madrid.
Las Rozas Village is definitely a place worth visiting. Its about 30 mins away from the center of Madrid as well as from the airport. IT's a nice place to shop because you will find great discount deals on big brands. It's like an outlet mall - with some really good deals from Armani, Hugo Boss, Samsonite, Asics, etc! Definitely worth visit IF you have some time in Madrid, though if you are on a limited time in Madrid, there are a ton of better places to see - you need to decide if you're in Madrid to shop or to explore!
