walking dead haralson tours and events

I was thrilled to visit here!! This is a tour purely for fans of AMC's 'The Walking Dead' series- The location is at the Esco Feed Mill, which every episode of the TV series has in it's opening theme scene. You tour and stand on the spot where Merle Dixon took his ill-fated shot at the Governor, his death scene and where Daryl found he had turned. You enter the barn where Rick met with the Governor, Martinez parried with Daryl around the silo's. Also scene where Michonne obtained medication for a very ill Andrea. There is a small gift shop inside the front building where you purchase your ticket and there are some artifacts from the series including the chairs Rick and the Governor sat upon while they 'negotiated' before going to 'war'. - It was interesting and informative with behind the scenes info about the filming at the location. The tour guide was very helpful in advising the locations of other, non-published filming sites you can visit on your own. Walking distances were very reasonable. - This is a visit for any die-hard WD fan!, Others may not find this is for them. I would go again!
