brumby hall and gardens

These lovely gardens in a historic setting were perfect for outdoor photos of our daughter's wedding party. I only wish I'd had more time for a leisurely stroll through all of the gardens. On the grounds of the Marietta Hilton Conference Center--if you stay there, make sure you visit the gardens.

I have attended several special events (receptions, weddings, etc.) at this antebellum home on the grounds of the Marietta Conference Center. It is a great location for a smaller event, especially if you're looking for that quintessential Southern experience.

I just hosted a rehearsal dinner at Brumby Hall in Marietta. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and the very attentive staff. Christine Podwoski, the venue manager, was so very easy to work with and helpful and did everything she could to make the evening perfect. And it was. The inside is beautiful and elegant and decorated in antiques and period pieces and the gardens were lovely this time of year. I'd recommend!

As another reviewer mentioned, I found the grounds more enjoyable than the interior, but then again, I usually do.

Not much to see in the house but the garden in back is nice and Brumby Hall is part of the hotel next door. The hotel has a nice bar with out door seats which provide a beautiful view.

This is a great historical house to visit and easy to locate. It's very close to downtown Marietta.
