designs in copper

We were in the market for some quality metal art in Tubac. 95% of what you see there comes from Mexico and is less than desirable if you are looking for quality metal art for inside or out. There is another great place in Tubac called Mas y Mas who recommended we head down toward the Presidio to Designs in Copper. What a find! It is owned and operated by two delightful copper artists, Jackie and Larry. Their workshop is onsite. Their work is innovative and positively beautiful! We have purchased numerous pieces from them and they are wonderful about listening to what your vision is and helping you realize it. They have several notebooks full of photos of previous work and are always happy to help you design it and they will expertly execute it in every detail. It is a bit hidden away from the main part of Tubac, but seek them out. You will not be disappointed. They do close for the summer months.
