和纽约的WOODBURY比起来要小很多!coach里的商品种类很有限!但门口还要排队!可以去看看鞋区和CK!food court有中餐但味道不好!时间不多的同学不建议去,从芝加哥开车至少要一小时!
There is one salesman in ecco is very rude and the attitude is simply bad. I have never seen any salesman with that attitude ever. I forgot to take that mans name down but he is the old one with white hair. Don't buy things from him. If you really want to, double check you showed everything (coupon book, discount etc) to him before you pay!He refused to do anything after the transaction is down.We forgot to apply our coupon and ran back to the store, that guy simply refused to give our money back with a really loud and impolite voice. I understand it's not appropriate, so we asked if we can return it and buy it again, and he refused to sale to us, which I believe he can never do. So later we got back there, and tried to buy it back, he gave us a different pair, with bad wrap and scratches on the shoe, which the previous one wrapped perfectly. So just as you know, service can't be perfect with tips but it can be horrible without it.
I love that you don't have to make millions to shop at this outlet(like the one in Chicago). We had some seriously great service at the Levi store. We will return here next visit.
Great selection of shops and excellent service all-round for the Irish tourist. Get there early because there are so many shops. I like the layout and the fact that all the shops are on the one- level and are set out in covered malls so comfortable in all weathers. I also liked the huge dining area which has a very good variety of food to sustain you for the day. I have been here at all times of the year and I've always found great bargains on designer and quality merchandise. Unless you are driving yourself, you will need to get a taxi from Aurora train station to the outlets, taxis are available directly outside the station and the journey is about fifteen minutes and costs about $20, same coming back. The train journey to and from Chicago is an outing in itself and the train is a double-decker model, very cool and you get the opportunity to see small-town America as you travel. All in all, well worth the visit. One piece of advice; we arrive from Ireland in the early afternoon in Chicago so by 8pm it's actually 2am Irish time so we head off to bed exhausted. Sounds crazy to go to bed so early on your trip to the Windy City but the next day we're bright eyed and bushy-tailed, on the train and first customers into the Outlets and then we can enjoy the rest of our holiday knowing we've done the "Big Shop"!
Have been there a couple of times earlier. Great stores, you will find almost all the brands there, for all age groups. You can shop for clothes, accessories, toys everything and anything under the sun. There are variety of restaurants. We normally spend a whole afternoon there but it's always crowded especially on weekends. Lots of parking space available but if you go during some sale or a holiday then very difficult to find a spot. Overall must see atleast once if you are visiting Aurora.
To be honest, the savings aren't alk that great. You can find the sales at the mall. The parking is ridiculous if you're able to find one, you have to fight for it. Only go here if I absolutely have to.
They really have great deals on famous brands and they are making the mall even bigger and better.....
Our trip to this mall this summer was nice. I especially enjoy the selection and wide variety of stores available here. My only complaint was that the bathroom was not clean, and no workers really seemed to know where they were at. When we asked, they acted like we were bothering them.
It was a small village of shopping! Over 120 stores (with over 50 more coming by spring/summer 2015) that offered something for everyone in our family. The construction and architecture of this complex is modern yet welcoming and customer friendly with convenient restroom locations and a small food court that gives a variety of menu options to please various preferences. Some of the shopping complex has partial roofs that somewhat encloses and protects customers from the weather elements, which is greatly appreciated - as it was cold and windy the day we went. With this protection, it was pleasant walking from store to store. Most stores had great sales and bargains. We had so much fun!
We enjoyed our first trip to this outlet mall. Nice variety of stores, and they are expanding more to the East. The Great downside is their parking, or lack of it.Get there early, and you will still park along ways away. Overall experience is still fine, remember that you will be walking in the mall anyway.Weather was Ok, a partial roof helps alot, and the wind was not strong
Not a huge fan of the outlet mall, but mostly because there aren't many stores there I would shop at. (I mainly go there for the Vera Bradley store.) The parking - or lack thereof - is ridiculous.
We were very excited to do some shopping on our way home from Gurnee. But to our surprise they had no available parking. We drove around for 30 min up and down isles and people driving crazy and not paying attention. Ended up leaving because I was tired of driving around parking lot. Need a much larger parking area.
It's exciting to see them even build more stores. The downside for now is the parking. They are always busy so you might have to drive around a bit to find a spot. Shopping is great even so the prices are not as cheap as they used to be. Overall they have plenty of stores in a clean and save environment.
Quite an amazing place! I Am not an avid shopper, I'm a guy what can I say, but this place makes me shop. There is something for everyone whether you are looking for specific items, window shopping, or looking for some great comfort food, this is it. One thing I will caution, like most outlet malls, it is a lot of outdoor walking, so check the weather before you go. Also, Black Friday and other big holidays its a mess! For those times it may be easier to take Bilter road in (one block past the main entrance road).Have fun and spend tons!!
Although parking can be a pain (hopefully the new parking space, along with many new stores, will help), the stores at this place are top notch. The Kate Spade store is particularly charming--& the prices are fabulous. You can get a fantastic KS bag for about $100 and up. Huge selection....as well as the Coach store. A more hidden gem is the Cole Haan store where men's and women's shoes and bags are deeply discounted. And the men's Coach store is equally great--and much mellower than the women's!Hopefully, the new addition will include some eating areas, because that is really lacking here. And the fact that the back road to get into the outlet mall is currently cllosed and under construction is going to be a huge pain to shoppers during the holiday season. However, they do offer off-site parking and shuttle service.
