Longest running drag race in history, August 22, 23 and 24th were the 61st year. They have a large and diverse number of cars including funny cars, nostalgia funny cars, top fuel, pro, JET CARS and many more. They allow you to bring your own coolers in (including beer etc) and have ample parking. I pay an extra $10 and get reserved parking and another $10 to get reserved seats on the starting line. Then if you need to return to your car during the races it is a short walk. The put on a great show and it starts at 6 pm and is over around 11 11;30 AND THEN THEY PULL MANY CARS ON THE TRACK AND ALL ARE INVITED TO GO DOWN AND VISIT. eNTRANCE ALSO INCLUDES A CROSSOVER TO THE PIT AREA. The only drawback is the bathrooms are porta-potties so be ready for that, although they are newer styles and clean, they are still porta-potties. Saturday night show is the best.
