Not that anyone goes to Danvers, IL for a good place to eat but if you happen to be staying there with a friend's family, go the extra 20 minutes to Bloomington to get food and drinks. This place is just gross from the dirty interior to the miserable people behind the bar. Yuck. The bartender actually gave me a dirty look (so obvious my bf turned to look at me and goes, "Did you see that?!") after all I did was politely order a drink, something people tend to do in a bar.....I then witnessed this same bartender be extremely rude to two other people who walked in and ordered food. It blows my mind how some people keep a job. Anyways, the wings were surprisingly good because they get them in fresh on Thursdays. Other than that the menu had just a handful of typical fried bar food on their menu that was not at all appealing. It took forever to get our wings and we were actually shorted an order. When my bf went to double check that she had heard him order two she looked at him and goes, "Did you tell ME that?" He told her yes and then she shockingly told him the next order of wings was on her. She had been nothing but unpleasant towards us from the moment we walked in yet, she wasn't going to charge us for our wings. So that was the only bonus but even the free wings didn't make up for the terrible service received before and after that. Skip this hole in the wall and go either to Bloomington or to Mackinaw where they have a neat bar on Main Street.
