A fun place for all ages from preschooler to maybe 10 years old. We went with my grandaughter and she had a blast running through the 3 story jungle gym type climbing structure they have. We adults took turns climbing with her. I like that they make you take your shoes off in the climbing areas. I also like the fact that they do not charge for adults! So if you are like most adults and are just watching, you are not charged, a great thing! They have Seperate areas for preschoolers and older kids, also a plus so there is no issues of anyone getting mowed over or hurt. They have a nice big area for you to store your shoes with seperate plastic bins and hangers for coats.and great bathrooms with a Seperate bathroom and sink for the little ones. Also a cafe if you get hungry or thirsty. There are overstuffed loves eats and ottomans around for the parents and guardians to sit upon. A must do for the kids to burn off that energy !!!
I bought a groupon for here and it stated not to be accepted on MAJOR holidays. I went on Presidents' Day and they did not take the groupon. Presidents' Day is not a major holiday. I work for a living and my kids are school aged so I thought it would be a nice treat for them on their day off. I drove up there and they wouldn't take it. If they consider Presidents' Day a major holiday then they should state it on the groupon. So I drove a round trip total of two hours for nothing. I have never had a merchant not honor a groupon. So save yourself some money and you get a wider variety of things to do- Go to Dupage childrens museum or brookfield zoo. They are more fun.
I visited the Ball Factory a few months ago with my son and, at the time, he cried and cried because he really did not want to leave. He still talks about returning to this day.The Ball Factory in Naperville is a an indoor play space for children up to age 12. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the massive multi-story play structure. This, in particular, is the reason my son did not want to leave. The first play area at Ball Factory is designed for smaller kids, although my son did have a bit of fun here too. The soft play area is for kids up to age 4. But the Ball Factory has so much more to offer than just the one huge play structure. There’s the Ball Launcher Room, the Riding Toys and Pedal Cars Area, and a café area with lots of seating. The best part of the café? GELATO! I’m not sure who makes it, but the gelato here was really yummy.Overall, we had an absolute blast at the Ball Factory. Here are a few things you should know before you go:- Enjoy coffee, snacks, free WiFi, magazines, and a game of pool in the Parents Lounge.- Socks are required for play and are available for purchase at the front desk, should you forget.- The restrooms are very clean, with kid-sized toilets and sinks too!- Please check the Ball Factory website for hours and pricing, as costs vary by age and day of the week.
Very nice place. We did not get food while there. The play area had multiple levels as well as areas. For the $9.00 it cost for my 3 year old it was money well spent. The nice part is that they do not charge the adults and since I have a little one I had to "play" too. I actually enjoyed myself. I believe all the other parents following did too. I will be going back.
This is such a great option when you have antsy kids during winter months or rainy weather. My kids between the ages of 2 and 10 all had a great time for several hours. It is a bit pricy, but something we will definitely do again.
This is such a nice place for young children. The play structure is very nice and so are the other activities. There is also a cafe with a nice selection of food and it is inexpensive. Overall, the place was very clean and I was very impressed.
