It sounds like you and your family had an awesome day at the center, and that you were able to enjoy all of our attractions multiple times which is so cool! I love the tip you shared about booking your tickets ahead of time - we allow families to book in advance for a specific 15 minute entry timeslot to help control the amount of guests in the building at once (so it doesn't get too crowded!) and the timeslots on the hour always fill up first. By booking at the :15 or :45 minute timeslots you've got a much better chance of getting the time you'd like right away!I really hope to see you and the family again soon!Nick General Manager

Hi Chris,First off, I'm absolutely thrilled to hear that your kids loved the center. Being so young, I hope that they will continue to learn with LEGO kits and models as they grow up! I also appreciate the feedback on what adults can do inside the center. While you're absolutely right that we focus on our younger guests enjoyment, we try not and forget parents either. While some parents really enjoy building with their kids, I realize its not quite for everyone. This year we've installed fast and free WiFi so parents can bring their tablets or laptops and browse the internet or even watch Netflix while the kids play. We've also brought in more comfortable furniture and additional tables so there is plenty of seating for parents. I hope to see your family again soon! NickGeneral Manager

Hello Johan,Thanks for visiting! While I am pleased that you enjoyed our LEGO models, I am also open to the feedback that is mentioned in your review. I apologize for the technical issues we experienced during the busy President's Day weekend on our Kingdom Quest Ride and also in our 4D Cinema. While we partake in annual maintenance of all of our attractions inside the center, sometimes parts do fail when we least expect them to. Rest assured that we're working on both of them to get them back to 100% as soon as possible. In terms of cleanliness, we clean the attraction (including the playground) and its LEGO Bricks each night and throughout the day as needed, I am sorry that it seemed dirty during your visit. We will look at our custodial scheduling in the future to try and prevent that issue. I am pleased to hear that you like our new Timed Ticketing system. We've added that over the past month and really helps the attraction prevent any overcrowding that may have happened in the past. I hope to see you again!NickGeneral Manager

While there are no excuses for these things to have happened, I hope I can provide a little context for a few of the issues. In terms of our rides, we do as much preventative maintenance as possible throughout the year to help ensure they don't have mechanical issues while we're open, but unfortunately there are some circumstances where our rides have issues we can't foresee, and it sounds like that was the case during your visit. I am happy to report that both our 4D Movie and Kingdom Quest ride are now running at 100% once again.I'd also like to take this opportunity to invite you back to the center and replace your Activity Lanyards.
