Do not bring your kids there. Can you believe teenagers and adults are jumping around in the same place where the little one are? They are even doing back flips. They should have a height requirement to enter the trampoline areas, you see so many kids getting hurt.

This was our second time visiting OTW and I didn't think it was possible to like this place anymore than before but WOW WOW WOW. We have two 11Year olds and three 7 year olds. One of our children has autism and the staff was so helpful and understanding was really amazing. The manager Steve was showing us great tricks and you could tell he really loved his job. The staff was extremely attentive and constantly advising which is wonderful since there are so much children. Everyone was safe considering how many children are there and how quick they are moving. We had a BLAST!!! Such a fantastic place with a helpful staff. WE LOVE OFF THE WALL

My kids love this place. (3 boys 10, 8 and 6) For me it's loud but at least they sell alcohol and have TV. They have laser tag and rock climbing and for the most part the staff is pretty good. I recommend .

Found this place on living social, checking for discounts on our vacation. Looking for something different for us to do and this seemed to be interesting. I knew the kids (teens) would enjoy it. I didn't know I was so out of shape...lol. We had a fantastic time. We got some much needed exercise in the process. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went around noon on a weekday so it wasn't crowded at all. Each section must have an employee observing for safety, so we had to wait from time to time for an available employee to come to an area we wanted to use but that gave us time to catch our breath.

We took our son here with some friends and they all had a great time. We sat in the bar area and had a couple beers, food (I had one of the best chicken wraps I have had in a while there) and watched the football games. I have to say, they make it very nice for us older parents with black leather couches and big screen TV's all over. There is also video games, laser tag and dodge ball all in a pretty clean environment.A few weeks later my 20+ year old took my son back there and they too had a great time. I would love it too if my 50+ body didn't say no to such activity. So wish I too could JUMP! Go and enjoy! Jumo if you still can and feel young.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Off the Wall during the summer and decided to try it for our twins' birthday party in December. What a great experience! The event had a wonderful flow and the staff at Off the Wall could not have been more flexible and accommodating. Our party hosts Brett and Ashley managed the party beautifully and were very responsive to our needs. The overall party coordinator Samantha was knowledgeable and very helpful. Steve, the general manager, was gracious and made several concessions to make sure everyone had a terrific time. Everyone at Off the Wall was professional, courteous, and upbeat. We definitely recommend Off the Wall for parties! One tip... To maximize the flexibility with the timing of party activities, etc., try to book the party on more "off times" like Sundays instead of Saturdays.

Amazing! I Took Seven Children They Had A Blast I Did As Well Brenna And Jessie Had Great Customer Service I Will Be Visiting Again

My children attended a birthday party there and it started out as expected. The room is booked for a certain amount of time and what not but then after all was said and done and the kids were all running around playing they ended up on the trampolines only to be told be an attendant they had gone over their time and have to get off. Now first off, I would never recommend this place due to that alone, how can you pay to have a party but then have a limit on anything there you dont have to pay for such as arcade games. the trampoline area is huge and no one was being inconvenienced, except my children...not to mention embarrased. I was now expected to pay as access was only for an hour, it would have been a better choice if my friend went elsewhere, for example Monkey Joes, where you can actually have your party and then stay until closing if you liked without being harrased about being there.

My child love this place, he cannot get enough of it. However I dont think its worth it! I ask about they birthday package to get a idea if I wanted to keep a party there. To start the birthday room is so small! They DO NOT have a special chair for birthday boy or even a nice keepsake for your child, so your guest can sign it when they arrive. Its simple and would be very nice to include in that high price you pay for just 2hrs which include 45mins in partyroom. I feel those simple and nice suggestion will improve party package. I had his party at pump it up before they change the name. They had a special chair for birthday boy and goody bags for the kids. I feel that was thoughtful to include in package. Now the idea of keepsake came from sawgrass bowling they had a bowling keepsake for birthday boy or girl so their guest can sign and you can keep for memory of your special day. Yea Yea Off The Wall is NOT pump it up or sawgrass bowling. However its a very good thought and would make the day or night so much special for party person. Off the wall is fun but they need to update that party package ASAP!!!

I took my two daughters here as they love Skyzone and I thought it would be something different to try. Well, it was.... Over-crowded, not managed safely and impatient workers behind the desk trying to "upsell" what you want. Did not segregate little ones away from big kids. Save your money!

Found a coupon for this attraction; wanted to get my son (8) out of the house on a Saturday afternoon. Bought the 1 hour bounce, $10 game ticket and 2-slices of pizza w/drink package (Called the "Jump, Eat and Play Package": $22+).When we opened the front door, it reminded me of a casino: Blinking lights, HUGE games, and colorful ambiance. You MUST sign a waiver before doing anything; this is done immediately when you enter (computers are on your right). Some people don't realize this and proceed to the front counter to purchase their packages. What happens is when you don't enter the loop for the computers, you end up farther down the line and possibly behind someone who types about 10 words a minute! ALSO: If you need to sign the waiver MAKE SURE you have your driver's license ready !! You need to enter this info.So then: Go to the front counter, order your package. If you don't have an Off the Wall credit card (on which they load your package info), then you will need to pay $1 for the card. You will need $2 for the rubber-soled socks (which you can keep). And after you pay and your card is loaded, off you go to the trampolines !!!The jumps go in one-hour increments; the wrist bands are color coded. BE SURE to use the jump time FIRST; the clock is running !!!! (My son wanted to alternate between jumping and games; I had to get him to understand that the hour increments are set and if we stop to play a game, the jump time is still running).There's trampolines for babies too!! Then the trampolines for flipping, one section for dodge ball, another for dunk basketball. (If you are an adult YOU TOO can get in on the action !! Of course you will pay for another ticket, but I seen adults there having the same or more fun than the kids !!!!)We ended the day with 2 slices of pizza and the lemonade. Game prices are HIGH !! There's NO COMPARISON to Chuck E Cheese !!! We spent our game points so fast I was in shock !!! However my son DID enjoy the bouncing and hearing him laugh was worth the amount paid.

This include food and cupcakes for a great celebration. We don't allow outside food because we have a full service restaurant for all your needs. We waited in a long line that seemed to not move when buying tickets. The cashier repeatedly rolling her eyes at patrons. Then to get a bottle of water, the line took forever!!! There was one person waiting on a long line of patrons. Then we waited in line to cash in tickets for toys, etc. The employee working at cashing in tokens was very nice and accommodating. The trampolines were fun and great exercise for the kids. The place was a little run down. I tripped on loose flooring going into bathroom. Bathrooms also out of toilet paper.

This was a great day had by all !!! Trampoline dodgeball was our favorite!!! So much fun. The food was well priced and the video selection was great. Groupon had a great deal for the 6 of us. It was so much fun, were planning our next visit already!

I heard from a friend that Off the Wall was a good place to play laser tag. I saw a good deal and decided to have the bachelor party here, and had to hope for the best since I was coming from canada. When I walked in with the first of the group I was promptly greeted by Samantha. She worked quickly and clearly to get us set up for having the best party. Throughout the stay we had several questions. With each question we felt more at home and like Samatha was a friend.She even helped us get a cupcake to push onto the Bachelor's face. We were well taken care of, and had fun with the dodgeball and laser tag and assorted activities. I would recommend to come here for any sort of party.
