I really liked all of the animals that were on display. The outside cages with the local animals were a hoot and the alligator was fun to watch.

Located on Sportplex Dr. here in Coral Springs. They have trail and gardens, you can take your own tours, of animal exhibit area. Every week they feature an animal. They have an animal hospital, for injured wildlife.

Great place to introduce children to the world of the Everglades' wildlife. Rescued animals and endangered small animals can be seen recuperating at this small and easily accessible center. A must for young children.

What a terrific healing centre for animal wildlife. Volunteers help to keep Sawgrass Nature Centre and Wildlife Hospital running. They have animals from Wally the alligator to prairie dogs to a loud hawk and everything in between. On each cage a tale is told on how that animal made it to the centre. The Centre is not large, but the hearts there are. Takes about an hour to view the animals. All proceeds go to help injured wildlife.

The place heals animals and the middle school has a turtle habitat they heal animals and let them go and it's cares for the animals

Grateful that this exists. Learn about local nature and what makes it so great. This preserve also has educational programs.

The people that work here are passionate about what they do,alot are volunteers so you know they care.The work they do extends to more than just this place ,they do so much for habitats all over.Great place to take the kids to learn about animals they might not know about and to show them compassion given by others.

Small but several wonderful animal exhibits with attractive grounds. Also has some beautiful aviaries.No charge and a nice place to take kids locally. Cheerful staff and. Does a wonderful job taking care of injured wildlife.

Sawgrass Nature Center and Wildlife Center is not very big and is not like big county nature centers that have trails, but they do have a charming property with habitats for animals that are native to Florida's natural wildlife. My wide and I found it to be a great couple of hours of time spent! And if you decide to donate when you visit, which is entirely optional as there is usually no fee, know its going to a good cause! The organization does a lot if good taking in injured wildlife and helping to rehabilitate them. The center also provides a lot of educational resources/ programming geared towards wildlife and nature...also a very kid friendly place!
