The Juno beach pier is fantastic. To walk down it is only a dollar (I believe), it is fun to take a stroll with the kids, a special someone or by yourself. There is typically fishing action along the sides of the pier and at the end of it. Which on the weekend can get crowded and very exciting when a school of blue's or spanish mackerel go by and the fishermen start bringing them onto the pier. It is even more fun to be one of the people catching the fish. I really enjoy fishing the pier and they only charge 3 dollars. You don't have to buy a FL fishing license when fishing from the pier which is also nice. They have a bait/snack shop at the entrance of the pier which actually has a decent selection of frozen baits. For the money the Pier @ Juno Beach is tough to beat!
Staff was very helpful when my fishing gear failed. The locals are very friendly and the view is spectacular!
Walking on water. This is such a beautiful Pier to visit , reaching out in to the Atlantic Ocean. A must see.
I accompanied my fisherman to this pier for an afternoon of fishing. I brought along my chair and a good book. There were many others on the pier - fishing or just visiting. It costs $4 to fish and $1 for non-fisherman on this pier. However, during the afternoon when the wind picked up, the fisherman left as did we. The day were were there only a few fish were caught but the catch varies by day and wind - the report that the day before, many fish were caught.
Easy access to the pier from the parking lot across the street. Pier is comfortable and has seating/tables along the stroll to the end.
The Juno Pier extends maybe a tenth of a mile out into the ocean where you can look down on the crashing waves it its windy and all along the way talk with the fishermen and women hoping to catch dinner. The cost for this visual adventure is one dollar! What can you get for a buck anymore and the parking across the street is FREE!If the weather is good and the sun is shining you can enjoy the beauty of God's younger creations showing off their figures in the latest and smallest swim wear. Not that I've ever done that. Finally, it's a very short drive or fifteen minute walk along the ocean to the Juno Beach Logger Head Turtle Preserve and Hospital - which is techinically free but they do ask for a donation of five dollars per group. If you can't come up with five bucks to help keep the baby leather back turtles alive get your priorities in order.
Free parking then walk across the street to this wonderful pier and beach! Great fishing (or it looked like it was from the ones we saw fishing). We just took a nice walk to the end of the pier. It costs $1 but so worth it!! What a relaxing walk and absolutely breath taking!! Check this out, you won't be sorry!!
Loved all the sidewalks in Juno and the many piers that take you right to the beach! I think I went to the pier mentioned here and it was a lovely walk. Beach was clean.
This came recommended by our waiter. Went for the fishing and not disappointed. To start with easy to find, free car park across road from pier with nice clean free toilets there. Nice long pier - few snags - caught plenty of jacks, crabs and blue fish. Great day out and would recommend - if you are going for the day take a picnic basket
The beach near the Juno pier is lovely, clean and never too crowded. Additionally there is free parking right across the street from the beach with clean, well cared for restroom facilities. Its a quick walk across the street and down the steps to the beach. It can be windy here, but what beach that is open to the Atlantic is not? You can also walk on to the pier for $1 if you don't want to hang on the beach.
Great place to go watch the kite surfers ... probably 20 in action the day we spent on the beach. Lots of free parking with convenient access to the beach.
This is one of the nicest beaches I have seen on the East Coast of Florida and this Pier goes right out from it but they charge for Fishermen and Non Fishermen. We weren't fishing so they wanted a dollar. There is plenty of free parking and the beach is amazing and has Life Guards.
For just $1 you can walk out on the Pier. The views are pretty and you can watch the fishermen bringing up their catches.
The pier is closed at dark but is still a great place to watch the moon rise, there is easy access from the street and from the beach.
the most beautiful place ever, my husband first time fishing in the ocean he loved it we will be back vey soon
