charlene's classic carriages

We got back and had a HORRIFIC experience with Charlene's Classic Carriages. We arranged a ride before we left for Naples. Friends surprised us the night before and flew in. I called Charlene at 8:15am and left a VM on both her personal cell phone and her web phone number (corp number) that we needed to move our time or cancel if it did not fit in her schedule (our time was at 7pm). I then began to call 7 more times on both phones and left VM 2 more times on both number because I wanted to ensure that she knew we could not make the time. I had my phone on and with me all day. No response. The next day I am laying at the pool and i get the most rude text. She began to berate me via text for not showing and how dare I not show and I owed her money. I screen shot and sent her all the calls I made to both her phones. Then she responds back with the number SHE called back....and she fat fingered by a digit (so she never called me back, but someone else). She had the number because she certainly texted me, but she couldnt dial the number.Im not upset about the fact that there was miscommunication (i will call it that but clearly she mis dialed the phone) but how she handled it. As a professional running a business i certainly wouldnt open a text with "how dare you not bother showing and now you owe me $50 for my inconvienance". Certainly set the tone.I would never use her or recommend her to anyone due to the lack of professionalism.
