We went here when they were located near Lyman High. Now they are supposedly relocating to the Hunt Club area?! The place was super fun for kids, but it is loud. They did turn down the music when I asked. The kids really preferred to jump for only 30 min - 1 hour so bring a coupon. Expensive otherwise.
This location has closed due to insurancce reasons. The location still has the street sign, but it is not open.
We took our kids there and they had a good time. The one hour session was more than enough time. I had my share after an half hour because I also took my 3 year and he was exhausted. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly but could use some additional staff as employees were juggling counters and tasks. This place is really a nice activity to do with your kids for the value.
Went to a kid's birthday party here as a first-timer, and had a great time. Staff was patient and helpful. Emphasis here is on safety and fun. Left there wanting to come back, and get better. The food area could use some attention to make it better/more attractive.
My niece was invited to a birthday party here about a year ago and I accompanied her and her mom. It was nice and the kids seemed to really enjoy themselves. My niece was 11 then and thought it was awesome.
the kids like running around and the place is cool.of course, you'll spend 15 min filling out all the injury releases and waivers. but what a great idea! trampolines all over the place, complete with helmets. great 2 hours
Amazingly bad service. I show up for a dodgeball tournament. The place is open, but no one at the front desk. No one at the equipment rental area. No one at the bar. People are in the trampoline area, but no monitors. The cash registers are unattended, as is the equipment. A thief would be thrilled. Five minutes go by....nothing. Then ten. I walk around, finally find someone, but that person directs me to a young woman (teen?) attendant, who, when I asked where everyone was, had the amazing response, 'we were waiting for people to show up.' By hiding? With no apologies, offers of discount, or drink....anything, then proceeds to put a blank notepad in front of me to 'sign up.' No explanation about how it works, teams, etc. I tell her I waited long enough and am leaving, and her response was, 'okay.' Not the least bit of effort on her part. Service was not bad, but amazingly bad. Also dangerous from a liability standpoint, and a theft standpoint. If someone was hurt, or a thief came in, what would their response be? Every last employee was hiding in the office and couldn't be bothered to come out?Simply amazing.
We took our 2 17 year old boys here while on vacation in Florida. We drove over 1/2 hour from Orlando to get there. It was so crowded, especially with little kids, that there was absolutely nothing they could do. Every time they tried to do a flip or jump, they ran into a little kid. I believe there are about 15-16 trampolines and they easily had 30-40 kids on them, most of them under the age of 10. There was another hole "side" that they refused to open. We complained several times, finally asking for our money back. They refused. They need to either limit the number of kids on the tramps or open up both sides. We have been to other trampoline places where they limited it to one person per tramp and had rules about kids laying on the tramps. Not here! Complete waste of time and money.
My kids love this place. I think prices are a little bit to high. It looks a good place for birthday parties. They have time to time different free activities for the kids.
I assumed from advertising I saw that you could rebound off the walls. The teenagers that monitor the area kept yelling at the kids "stay off the walls!" Ugh! It was fun, but when the "off duty" workers are rebounding off the walls, the paying kids think it's okay to do it too. It would be better not so micromanaged. I understand safety and blah, blah, blah.. but you don't take your little kids there to be constantly micromanaged.
We've attended multiple birthday parties here and my kids simply love the place. Lots of fun, professional, safety conscious staff.
Took my daughter her while we get ready to PCS over to Europe and she had a great time, an young employee name Chris help us out. He was a very nice guy. She loved jumping and having fun. Daddy had a great time as well. Best part was the foam pit, extra five dollars but so worth it.
The actual facility is great but the people there are very stern with the whole paperwork. Your legal guardian has to have basically every document of your living and overall a really troubling experience. But the bouncing is great! tThey have a mat to help you learn to front/backflip. They turn on black lights every once in a while and they have dodgeball on parties. The only thing is they make you wear a helmet and it gets SO SWEATY. But if you have all your paperwork and a sweat rag you should have a fun time.
I took my 6 1/2 years old son to rebounderz of Longwood on June 1st, 2012; signed the waiver and continued to the safety brief; I saw a two years old boy with his father in the trampoline area as well as the referee so I figured out this was a safe place for my son to jump and for us to supervise from the outside.Unfortunately a bigger kid landed on top of my son’s leg and broke his bone (growth plate), the bone pinched an artery, long history short, I took my son to the emergency room and 4 hours later he went under general anesthesia: two pins in his leg to fix the bone and two 3 ½ inches incisions in each side of his leg to relieve the pressure from the internal injury, another operation 4 days later – under general anesthesia as well– to close the incisions and they put a cast on his leg for a month; he will be under medical supervision for the next two years to make sure his growth plate was not affected and his leg will keep growing as expected.I contacted the general manager at Rebounderz of Longwood to ask for their business to assist with the insurance co-payments (I have my medical insurance that pay a large percentage but still I have to pay the deductibles and my wife lost work hours as a result of taking care of my son), the general manager was sensitive to my case and promised he will address the situation with the owner; unfortunately the answer the owner gave to the general manager and this one to me is that I signed a waiver that relieves them from any responsibility and that the business does not have an insurance that can assist with this payments, the owner went to add that if he assisted EVERY person that got injured in rebounderz of Longwood he will risk going out of business; I believe that by this time you will see why is that I am giving rebounderz of longwood one star…Yes, I am an unhappy customer that took his 6 ½ years old out for a new adventure and have him returning home with two scars on his leg, two pins on his bones, a cast, lot of pain; on top of this his dad and mom have to return one of the two cars to the dealer to be able to continue making the hospital payments…not fun!
children having fun and being safe, what else can i say my grandchildren loved it
