We stopped in for a look around, had an excellent lunch. My husband says the best burger he's had in a very long time. My thin crust pizza was truly thin and crunchy with goat cheese and veggies. They gave us a golf cart to look around. It's a beautiful place. Lovely vistas and the shooting ranges are very nicely screened. My husband signed up for a lesson the next day. His instructor Ricardo was top notch. Absolutely worth going to.

Ok Corral is a "not so hidden secret in Okeechobee, FL." Chef Michael is a five star chef. Lunch there is from 11:00 to 4:00, 7 days a week and they have a Sunday brunch that can't be matched. Every day they have a regular menu but Chef Michael always has a special soup and lunch entree. Most of the time we shoot for a while but lunch is lways the main reason for me. It has a beautiful dining room for weddings and any kind of get-to-gether you wish.

I planned an adventure for my two 18 y/o sons as a Christmas present. I wanted to get to the Everglades but needed to find something about 1/2 ways drive from Orlando. The OK Corral gun club became the choice. What a great choice! Four of us headed south down the middle of the state about 2 hours drive from Orlando. The club is set up like the wild west. Everything is organized and once they realized that none of knew what we were doing they helped us figure out what size shotgun and ammunition we needed. It was kind of like playing golf as you go to different stations and at each station the trap comes out from different angles and heights. There are two loops of stations; one is definitely tougher than the other. The Three guys had a blast getting more competitive at each station. I found the 12 gauge shotgun had a little more kick that I could handle. We shot about 200 rounds and then stopped for lunch. We headed back out after lunch for another 200 rounds. This time I took a 20 gauge shotgun which I found was a little easier for a lady to handle. None the less it was great fun watching the guys. The restaurant on site has a good lunch going. If you are looking for a Florida adventure and haven't seen the center of the south of the state, this is a good route to take. The OK Corral breaks the drive up as you head further to the Everglades. I don't think I would have ever seen this part of the state had we not chosen to go to the Ok Corral and then on to Everglades City. What a wonderful trip. Its very hard to keep active 18 y/o boys occupied and I didn't hear a complaint all the way down. In Fact, they commented how much they enjoyed this adventure.

Last February while my husband was in Florida shooting the winter sporting clays tournaments he stayed at Ok in our RV. I came to visit for a week and was thoroughly impressed with the grounds and the bath house for the RV guests. My husband shoots clays around the nation and I have to say this was one of the most well maintained courses he and I had shot in the southern US. Also the little restaurant on site was convenient and the food was surprisingly delicious. This was an excellent stay and I hope we visit again this winter.

Normally you are expecting to have your shooting experience in a place which is indoors, but OK CORRAL GUN CLUB is outdoors and what a place you have to rent golf cars to move around, in every shooting range you will find staff looking after you and with a very hing safety standards. For my surprise even being outdoors the place is very quiet. They have restaurant with very good food as well. Something different to do.

Thanks for letting us know that you had a great time with us. We love to see people who have never shot sporting clays come out and have a "blast" on the sporting clays course or at the wobble deck or 5-Stand. Come on out for lunch or Sunday Champagne Brunch some day and break some more clays!

Ok Corral is a newcomer to the clay shooting scene in South Florida. It is a well equipped facility undergoing continuous improvement. It lacks shade in the hot summer months but the management has planted many oaks that promise to provide more shade as they mature. The clubhouse is great and they offer ammo and gun rentals. the site is worth the visit and you are sure to enjoy the well kept grounds. The targets are set for all levels of shooters and the club hosts at least one NSCA registered shoot a month. If you are a sporting clay aficionado or just a rec shooter you are sure to enjoy.

This was by far one of the most fun activities I have done in awhile. Even if you do not know how to shoot the OK Corral can instruct you. If you have some experience then you have complete control over your experience. When you arrive the grounds are well maintained, and look like a western town. The staff at reception were helpful and very nice. You get a golf cart, ammunition, and your gun. My husband and I shared a 12 gauge and bought 125 rounds of ammo, more than enough. There are 15 stands with a variety of clay shooting targets, many of them challenging. We tried the more expert stands and found that we were not quite ready for them. We had a blast. The owner came up to us when we were done and having lunch. He was interested in our opinion of his place and listened to what we said. Would love to go back this weekend!!

There is no other facility like it,....friendly, helpful staff always available. Whether its trap, sportings clays, rifle range, or pistol range with golf carts available for rent. I bring my teenage sons about once a month, they especially like the old west cowboy action range. Worth the drive from West Palm Beach.

If you enjoy firing pistol, rifles and shot guns and are looking for something a little different, this is your place. The OK Coral offers the nostalgia of the old west with the comforts of a destination resort. My friends and I enjoyed a 1/2 day shooting clay pigeons and 2 hours at the simulated old west town shooting range. Great time had by all!
