Loved the staff and stuff! Cold night meant espresso with a shot of hot cocoa while the kiddos were busy playing. Great idea!

I was pleased to see the same great service we had last time. The place was busy but friendly staff were all over and interacted with the kids.

Every time we come, the staff is great with the kids. They really look forward to visiting and I get to relax with the girlfriends!

We had a blast! We travelled from Stuart (45 mins north) and I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so pleased! We didn't order any food or drinks so I can't comment on the food, but the play area was great for my daughter. We spent $10 for her to play and my husband, father and myself all got to enter and play with her at no addtl charge. I really appreciate that. I hate having to my entry fees to places just to follow her around. And that price is for all day entry. You can come and go. Aside from signing in and paying, I didn't have any contact with the staff. There was plenty of seating for adults & we had a great experience in the toddler area. My daughter wondered in there 4-5 times and every time, there were only other lo's in there as well. Tip: right out front of Cool Beans is a Carousal. $2 cash for a token. It cost 1 token for my daughter and parents ride free (with a child up to a certain age). I joint could use a good professional deep cleaning. And it's about time they replaced the foam squares. But I didn't feel all that concerned. I've seen ALOT worse. I used the sanitizer station they provided on a few times thru out our 3 hours visit. Oh and I used the restroom in the playroom & the door locked just fine.

Good food, restful area for parents, fun for kids. We only stopped for a bite to eat, but kids were having fun!

Trust me, this place has potential but it is a sanitation nightmare. Maybe it's the inexperience of the very young staff, or their carefree attitude but it's gross gross gross.Everything is surface cleaned. Look under and beneath you will find a year or two of growth and dust. I personal saw when a kid lost a tooth in the pit, they took out all the foam and the amount of bacteria and dust and old toys that were under there turned my stomach. I had to grab up my children and leave. Heading home, first priority is a shower and a vitamin c booster of some sort. I can't believe a facility that caters to children would not employ safer cleaner practices. The staff does not care, there was one staff member in the play area to oversee everything yet sge did not but bounce on the trampoline herself. Older kids were allowed in the toddler room throwing things and hitting the toddlers. No rules were enforced so some parents weren't monitoring their children so of course issues occured. Staff and sanitation issues. Needs new management, new staff, better sanitation understanding implemented immediately. The play room bathroom also has no lock, I was walked in on while changing my child and I witnessed another person being walked in on as well. It's also only 2 bathroom, each with only 1 toilet that were not cleaned in the entire facility and can be used by men women and children. I'm sure there are many more disturbing things I can list during just my first and last visit but I hope you atleast read my warnings and be prepared if you decide to visit for yourself. Good luck, keep your children safe and healthy.

We frequent cool beans. My 3 yr old has enjoyed it since she was about 2 and my guess until at least 5. We did her birthday party in their private room which was great! They will also have characters come for a fee. Great spot to get the kids energy out, even on cloudy and bad weather days.

I believe Cool Beans Cafe was previously A Latte Fun, and it is definitely better than any indoor playground I have ever visited with my two toddlers in South Florida (e.g., Boca Playstation, A Latte Fun in Coral Springs, Monkey Joes, etc.). The location of Cool Beans is great, as the surrounding shopping plaza has many child-friendly options (e.g., Sloan's Ice Cream, a paint-your-own pottery studio, carousel, and train ride). There are also good dining options (e.g., Cheesecake Factory and Grimaldi's Pizza). Out of all the indoor playgrounds I have been to, this one is the cleanest and has attentive staff. This made for a truly enjoyable family day, because staff redirected parents to ensure their children followed rules. I also loved that staff members put on organized activities during free-play (they made s'mores on the day we visited), staff assisted one of my children when they were initially afraid of one of the large slides, and staff were consistently on the two trampolines (built in the ground) to ensure safety. At one point, a staff member invited my children (and others) to engage in a group activity with a parachute. The playground area is relatively large, and consists of two stories with lots of places to explore. There are two large inflatable slides, a smaller toddler slide, a larger twister/tunnel slide that drops kids off into a pool of foam blocks, lots of clothing for dress-up play, as well as a smaller gated area for younger children/babies with age-appropriate toys and exersaucers. I did not try the food at the cafe, although my iced coffee was quite good, and they also sell an assortment of baked goods, pre-packaged snacks, and juice boxes for kids. The reason I gave four stars (as opposed to five) is that I believe they could add additional toys for children ages 3+, the Lemonade Stand/Toy Kitchen was sparsely stocked, there is only one restroom (single stall), and the staff at check-in (although friendly and engaging) were quite slow with handling admission. All in all, it was a great family day and we will definitely be back!

My daughter has loved this place since she was 1. I always see them doing their best to sanitize the toys, etc. It would help if other parents would watch their kids some other children tend to be a little rough. They could supervise a little better.

So the idea of this place is pretty cool. Hence the name. We have been there twice. We were recently there for a birthday party. Three out of 5 babies have hand foot and mouth disease. Coincidence? I can't imagine how they can possibly clean all the stuff In This place thoroughly. I have seen some really gross stuff here. Beware. Oh and many parents aren't watching their kids either which doesn't make it too safe if you have little ones. I think our time going to cool beans has come to an end.

after lunching with visiting daughter & grandchildren it was raining. Carousel was closed, what to do? We went in to the playground café. Granddaughter enjoyed herself. Our problem was that they asked if you needed socks & did not tell you that there was a charge. Most parents are not watching their children. But, there was a nice assortment of things to do and dress up clothes to partake in.

Great place for children under the age on 7. Older children are not allowed to play. They do offer special times that the older kids are allowed to play. You can sit out in the cafe and actually have an adult conversation while the children play inside the playground. The employees are sweet and caring. They do a wonderful job of watching over the children. However, if you have a toddler it is best to hangout inside the playground. There is food available for purchase. There are a lot of healthy food options available and coffee for the adults. Great place for rainy day fun!

Great set up, so we were delighted when we stumbled upon this place however a lot of the parents just sit one their laptops not bothering to control their children or caring if their kids hurt another. A lot of very spoiled brats unfortunately, so were some of the parents. The staff were lovely though and facilities were good.Uk parents you have to sign a waiver form that is several pages long.

I went here with my niece and her two children. The children are 2 and 4.5 years old. They love this place. The 4.5 year old went down the inflated slides, the regular slides and loved the trampoline. The trampoline is level with the floor, so it is safe and even the 2 year old went on the trampoline. The 2 year old ran all over the place, climbed up the steps and went down the regular slide by himself. He also played in the area for 2 year olds and under. He particularly liked the tub filled with plastic balls. Remember to bring socks when you go, since no one is allowed in the play are without socks and this includes adults. There is no time limit on the play once you pay the admission fee. This mall is also very nice. There are some good restaurants and also there is a carousel which the children can also ride on. We ate at the pizza place. The pizza was good.
