We were in Florida and decided to "horse around" and went on a search for trail rides. We had a blast at this place. The owners are great and it was probably one of the best experiences we have had trail riding. You are given great instruction prior to the trail ride and the horses actually listen to you (it's not just a follow the leader type of trail ride). We would highly recommend and plan to return! Thanks for a great ride!

We went horseback riding at Deep Creek Stables. The owners are fantastic people. The horses are beautiful and very well trained. They take their time and really explain how to control and ride the horses. The ride is so enjoyable through beautiful fields and tropical woods. I was very impressed with everything and most important the love and knowledge they have for their animals. I will be visiting them every year we are in Florida-without a doubt!

My son (12), daughter (8) and I had a memorable experience at Deep Creek Stables. We had been on a few horseback rides before but really just beginners on horses. The owners are incredible, very patient, had the kids brushing down the horses when we arrived which was something we had never done before. They made us feel very comfortable on the horses prior to taking us out on the trail. The horses were beautiful and very well looked after. We are still talking about the experience and were highly impressed with the professional yet very fun and friendly family who own the stables. I would highly recommend a visit!

This was an amazing afternoon. My daughter whose only 6 with no riding experience and I went on a trail ride while my husband went skeet shooting. They took the utmost care letting my daughter ride for close to 1/2hr in a round pen teaching her how to shorten her reins and steer, this was really nice and above and beyond what most everywhere else I've ever been would do. Especially considering the owner doubled with her, however she let my daughter do all the work which left her feeling proud and accomplished. The owners were incredibly warm and friendly and I will definitely be back next year! This is an experience that you won't regret!!

I was looking for an activity for my teenage sons and stumbled across Deep Creek Stables. We had a great afternoon. The shotguns were pretty old but worked just fine and there were three different ones to try. Safety was excellent, the shooting area was clearly defined, and no shooting was allowed if anyone was in the 'target' area no matter how far away. None of us had been skeet shooting before but as the session went on we all managed to hit the 'birds' often enough to keep everyone interested. It is quite expensive but we had a great afternoon and will be returning on our next visit to Florida. This is a great alternative to the parks and there is the Castaway's Restaurant not far away.

I would have loved to have taken my children but could never get anyone to return my calls so that I could schedule. Customer service is important to me but clearly not to them.

This was a wonderful experience for the entire family! We had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful horse ride through scenic Florida trails. The owners were helpful and everyone in my family (ages 6 - 60) felt comfortable on their horse!Only wish we had more time, we will be back...

This family does a great job not only teaching you how to ride as well as the tour is excellent. Great afternoon to unwind
