They are always doing something at this place. To bad the city cut all the trees down that used to be in the field. They should have thought ahead because this is Florida. I have attended more than a few functions and it just to hot to endure in summer period and some shade trees would help. If you attend a function choose one when the weather is cooler or you will regret it. Sometimes the events are free, but most have fees for parking and entrance.

Nice park for concerts. Plenty of room. Parking not too bad. Real bathrooms. Stage is a bandshell. The Chili Cookoff every year is fun, they even have a beer truck.
