I wanted to take my boys, ages 11 and 8 on their first ride and this was the best place for them. The owners were wonderful, and so were our guides. My boys were very nervous at first, but they were put at ease by the guides. After about 15-20 minutes the relaxed and enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend this ranch.

My first visit. I would definitely return. All staff were friendly and did everything they could to make our visit the best. The horses were well trained and fun to ride. Our guide was a pleasure. Much different terrain than I am used to in New England so it was a unique experience. Thank you

My fiancée and I were so excited when we booked a 1 hour trail. However, when we called to book it, they never told us the 1 hour trail is on a very narrow patch of grass between the road and a canal. Not only did it feel unsafe, especially for a first time rider like myself, but the patch of grass was so narrow we didn't get to ride near each other. The couple that runs the facility are nice people (especially the lady) but unfortunately, not a great experience for the 1 hour tour and expensive price point (about $100/hour for both of us).

My husband and I recently visited American Horse Trails in Southwest Ranches Florida. We were on vacation for our daughters wedding. Herb and Caroline were absolutely amazing! We have had horses on and off for years and this was one of the most fun rides we have ever been on. They really listened to us and paired us with the right horses. My horse "Grand" not only looked just like my horse that I had for 16 years, but was a dream to ride. We had the most amazing three hours. We were able to cantor, lope, trot and walk and saw the most amazing scenery. We enjoyed the ride with Herb and Caroline as if they were just friends out with us on a ride. This is well worth the money and we will definitely be be back! Thank you so much!

Just took my 6 year old daughter on a hour trail ride!!! She appositely loved it she did not want to get off!!!!! The horses are very well behaved and the owners are very very nice! My daughter likes to talk a lot and ask a lot of questions most people get impatient she answered all her questions. They are fantastic with not only the children but also with the adults with little experience!!!!! I will be going back many more times!!!!! Thank you so much for a fabulous day!!!!!

They have great horses including horses for children. We enjoyed riding with Riley and Catherine. Looking forward to going back out again.
