DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD!!I also had a Groupon. I also had to take a half day to get an appointment. I received a confirmation email the day after I made the appointment and the day before my appointment. I left work early, clicked the address link in my email confirmation, and followed the directions on my iPhone as they led me to FIU. I thought this seemed strange so I called. Twice. No answer. I circled around FIU a bit and called for a third time. This time I reached Victor (later determined he was the "manager") on his cell phone. There was wind blowing through the phone and it sounded like he was on the beach. He told me that all appointments were cancelled today because their "therapist" cancelled on them this morning with no notice. The only problem is I received no call, no voicemail, and no email alerting me. He argued with me about why I was in the wrong place, but it wouldn't matter if I was near by (had they answered the first two times I might have been). By the end of the call he had called me a liar (because I said no one called to cancel), called me crazy, told me they didn't need my business and to seek a refund through Groupon, refused to give me the correct address, refused to give me the owner's contact information so I could alert him of how poorly behaved his staff and "management" are, and hung up on me, screening my next few calls while he enjoyed his day off on the beach. Needless to say, my half day was the exact opposite of the relaxing couples massage I had pictured. I am seeking a refund through Groupon and would recommend NO ONE ever tries this pathetic excuse for a company. They also never answer the phone and rarely call you back. I have never been so disrespected by a business.

So predicate this on "I had a groupon". That said I had to take off work to use it. See they only let you schedule use of a groupon through the groupon link. And magically the groupon link only has mid week, mid day availability. (they ha other times available for full price - I checked. That sucked - but was half off so wife and I took a half day off. "Couples massage with fruit and champagne on the waterfront.". More like grease bath in strip center no champagne or fruit. Couldn't see the water from the parking lot much less the place. Massage not good. Signed "no sexy time involved" waiver upon entry ( I am no massage veteran but it was a couples massage, and regardless that seemed a little strange). Think she used half the bottle of oil on me and just wasnt strong enough to give a massage - really weak effort to boot. On the plus side at least it didn't hurt I suppose. They called to confirm that am and decided not to mention no fruit and champagne. They made sure to make me pay the $40 tip ahead of time, and before they mentioned the lack of champagne and fruit "while relaxing on the waterfront". Pretty much a scam. No extra time, no half off next time, just a "it's not here, sorry". "Why did he mention she used half the bottle of oil on him like it was a bad thing?" you may be asking yourself. When I asked to use the shower they looked at me like I was a Martian. "Ahh no, we dont have showers here" Needless to say we glistened the rest of the day. Bottom line- you can do way better - with little or no effort,,,especially if even close to full paying price. Do yourself a favor and skip. On the plus side - parking was free.
