Great beach that seems to go forever. We found many shells, starfish and whole sand dollars when walking during low tide. Beach is clean, too. Beautiful!! Must see!

Among other things the city eliminated over 500 (!) badly needed parking spots to put this in. Beach walkers or strollers must watch for rollerbladers, skateboarders, etc. A wall provides some seating but not much. There was very little added benefit and huge losses for the people who use it.

The shop keepers have to sell items that are made mostly by them so there are a lot of original items. Great environment at night

A very nice walkable beachfront. They have invested a lot in this area and it shows. Lots of buildings going up as a result. Beautiful beach and great people watching...very pedestrian friendly...

The Beach Walk in Clearwater Beach Florida is clean, beautiful, and the Sun Sets are the best on the East Coast of the Untied States and West Coast of Florida. The Beaches are well maintained and have plenty of garbage and recycle cans., Restrooms are available, and Pier 60, the promenade winding path (past the beach and the beach shops) are easily accessed. The beach is a very relaxing place.. everyone (tourist, residence, and workers seem happy and relaxed at the Clearwater beach and promenade ). **Parking fee., check web site **We kept car rental at the Days Inn...Gulf Blvd, two blocks, away when going to the beach. . During the 8 day trip we went to the Beach every AM, and PM, **Days Inn, Gulf View Blvd, Clearwater Beach, very nice between, good value. Trip 09/2009Trip with my sister, no children category below.

This beach walk is a lovely place to stroll day or night. Some evenings there is entertainment by buskers and musicians. The walk is right along the beach so the sound of the waves is a wonderful accompaniment!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Clearwater since 1996. Every year we come to the beach. We have seen a lot of change over the years. One good change is the Beachwalk. Great landscaping and it is always groomed and clean. There is usually some kind of construction but that is the price for progress. Just beautiful.

Shell collecting was a treat. Clean beautiful sand. Sunset was awesome water soothing... Pier 60 always has something going on. Artisans showing their wares. Childrens rides.

Clearwater Beach is a great beach to walk on. The sand is white and there are plenty of seashells. There is one big area where you can be football or volleyball.

I enjoyed walking on the beautiful sand beach, or on the nicely designed sidewalks--multi-use trails might be a good word at some places. I got my feet wet in the gulf which is usually very calm and clear, but we did have some rain (one day) and wind (several days). The view of the sunset, the stars at night, the sailboats was fantastic.Some of the construction - well I turned my head the other way!

We did this early in the morning....nice and quiet. Beautiful beach. Nightlife at sundown on Pier 60. Much more crowded, but entertaining. You can make it whatever you want.

The walk along Clearwater North beach towards Caladesi Island is so amazing. Every morning we would enjoy this walk. The beach is romantic and not very busy. This has to be rated one of the best beach walks in the world. MUST DO !

If you have some time, go for a stroll along the beach and take in the sea air. There is so much going on - you could just sit there and people watch too.

Could make so much more of this....hardly what I would call an attraction. Only about 20 stalls selling souvenirs, although I did buy a beautiful painting
