We had a lovely time paddling on the lake here. They rent canoes and kayaks at reasonable prices. Parking our canoe to explore the island in the lake was a highlight. You wouldn't know there was anyone else nearby. We didn't see much wildlife, but it's a great place for some peace and quiet close to town.

So much to offer. Love the Pet Park. Has golf. Picnic areas. Walk trails. Very scenic and peaceful. Very well maintained.

My kids play soccer there and I enjoy running the 1 mile mulch trail. Great place to go to the park, playground, paddle on the lake, ride bikes, etc...

This is one of the premier parks around West Palm Bch. Located west of the city it is a huge and beautiful park with water, trees, golf, horse trails, picnic tables and grills, etc. If you enjoy outdoor parks don't miss this one.

Love the amount of things that can be done here. Went for a birthday party held there, but noticed there are rentals available, sport areas, playgrounds, hiking, nice and clean

I brought my girlfriend here and it was a great fun spot to be in. It's a calm and quiet and there is a trail that you can walk through or run. There are very affordable rentals for kayaks and other water vessels for the lake. You can also rent bikes. It's a wonderful, economic, and relaxing date that captures nature and slows time down.

Great docent. He knew all the flora and fauna. All the staff we encountered made us feel very welcome.

Okeeheelee is a wonderful place to waterski. The locals and visitors are fun to hang out with between sets.

This park is a great way to spend half a day. I've lived in west palm beach for a year now and havent made it out to the park until recently. I was looking for a frisbee golf course and found one at Okeeheelee park. Lucky for me, I brought my dog and the dog park happens to be right beside the frisbee golf course. There are a lot of trails for walking and biking throughout the park. You can also go kayaking in the pond or play golf. There are several playgrounds and pavilions to take kids to or have a large gathering.The dog park itself is one of the best in the area I have seen. Its got plenty of space and is very well kept up. I also enjoyed the frisbee golf course because it is pretty spaced out and there are different starting points to throw from for different levels of difficulty. Tip - If you are looking for the frisbee golf course, follow the signs for the Pooch Pines Dog Park because both are at the back of the park.

my gripe here was that I brought the kids to rent some boats and bikes and spend the day. we get there and there is a sign rentals only available fri,sat and sunday. Big bummer

Took a walk on the north end of this park and was very impressed. There is a nice accessible trail alongside the Nature Center. It connects to a couple miles of soft surface trails. The rest of the park includes an 18 hole disc golf course, beautiful lakeside trails (hard surface and soft), an area to launch kayaks/canoes (rentals available on weekends), etc.There is also an equestrian trail area and a golf course connected. Quite a complex. If you are in the area and want a nice escape from city life, give this place a try.

This park is great. They have everything for families. Walking trails and kiddie park.Golf and I thought I saw tennis.

Have gone every Sunday since moving to West Palm. Great off leash dog park. Small and large dog areas, dog wash area, water and sanitary stations.
