Hi Paula,Thanks for your high accolades of our team and the stunning fall colors (although I can't really take credit for the leaves). We're glad to know that you had such a great time. As for the waterproof footwear, you nailed it! Conditions in the mornings often leave dew on the grass which does two things 1) creates some magical looking scenery and reflections and 2) soaks your footwear in a hurry if it's not water resistant. Since we never know until flight time whether we will be taking off on short grass, dry pavement, or taller dew soaked grass, I definitely recommend waterproof foot wear on morning flights.We were happy to share in the completion of your bucket list balloon ride!Gentle Breezes,Jeff and the Crew

Thank you for the shout out to our very capable ground crew - they are a hard working and dedicated team that pays attention to the details of safety and passenger enjoyment. Here in the Champlain Valley (among the mountains on both sides and Lake Champlain) the launch site selections are very important. Occasionally this means we have to visit more than one launch site and check the winds to ensure that we are in the safest location to allow for the best scenery. We prefer when the winds cooperate from the first site but sometimes we must move around. Hi Carolyn H,Well technically our oldest passenger-to-date has only been 98 years old so I don't know if we can stake claim to 110-years old as your title boasts:) But thanks for the vote of confidence! As long as the winds are calm we fly a lot of elderly folks. And we start flying kids when they have reached 8-years old as this is about the earliest that they can truly enjoy the whole experience.
