This is a pay-as-you go type of amusement park especially designed for younger children, maybe 6 or 7 years and younger (50-inches max.) . It is a small park but has enough "classic" rides to keep the kids interested. Ride tickets are purchased at the ticket booth and paid at the ride (one ticket per ride). Ticket deals are available by purchasing a strip or a book. The merry-go-round, train, and roller coaster will allow adults. A small concession stand has a limited variety of snack food items. Seating at the park is limited. You are prohibited from bringing in your own food (one clear plastic water bottle permitted per person). A small pavilion with picnic table is available for parties. Birthday cakes are allow for pre-reserved parties. An 18-hole miniature golf course is also on the grounds as is a small arcade. The park is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive (helps the kids on and off). Signing up on-line gets you a ride ticket deal for your birthday. The park is only open during the summer season. There is no entrance fee and parking adjacent to the park is also free. We were told tickets never expire, so if it rains, you can come back and use remaining tickets. Note for coaster enthusiasts: a sign on the roller coaster states it is the oldest steel roller coaster still operating in North America. If you have small children this seemed like a great way to spend the day without spending a lot.

We recently took our grandchildren who live out of state to the Kiddie Park, the same park we had taken our children to when they were young, and the same park that we been to when we were growing up! The tradition continues. It is a great outing for young ones and is so much fun for adults, watching all the little ones thrilled with being there! There are plenty of rides, and food and fun to be had. You should not miss it! The price is still reasonable too.

We had a great visit today!! Our son had a wonderful time. All the employees were so kind and friendly. It started raining while we were there and they were closing for the day but we never felt rushed at all. They let us use up all our tickets and our son got to enjoy every ride in the park. What a great family outing!!! Can't wait to go back

Great park for younger kids, 6 and under. They have plenty of small rides for the kids and also has a 18 hole putt putt course. The course is older and needs a bit more cleanliness but overall we play there at least once a week. Price is very reasonable for all attractions. Only draw back is that they do not let in outside snacks or beverages. But they do give out discount tickets for snacks for the kids. Well worth the few hours it takes to enjoy the park

After reading all the reviews, I decided to take my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters. It was the perfect age. It's practically on the corner of Tiedeman Road and Memphis so I'm not sure of the bad neighborhood. I didn't see anything that would alarm me. This place is very well kept and not overwhelming in the quantity of rides. One $29 book got both girls on every ride. I was a bit squished in the roller coaster but the all over smiles was worth it. They rode it alone and loved it. It was very nostalgic for me because I rode these types of rides as a child. Overall, a perfect 2 hours spent. Be aware, food is a bit pricey.

When my children were little they loved this place. We now introduced a new generation; our 2 year old granddaughter. The place is very clean and the staff very nice. They have kept up on the maintenance through the years. We bought a booklet of 25 tickets for $29.00 and it included a coupon for a free popcorn and you could buy 2 hotdogs for the price of one. The tickets never expire so you can use another time. There are only 11 rides but that is plenty. This park is for only little children and that is very nice. There is a putt putt course too. Our granddaughter loved the rides and was able to ride every ride. A few of the rides adults can ride too. (Roller coaster and train) we plan on going back again real soon!

Took our grandsons and friends to the park - have not been here in many years and was very impressed with the upkeep and general appearance of the park. The rides are for 3-6 year olds and they did have a height requirement. The best deal is the coupon book and each ride is only one ticket. The free box of popcorn was also tasty! The boys enjoyed the rides and the miniature golf course. It is still original family owned and well maintained! We were really impressed! We will be back again!

Went to the kiddie park while in town visiting family. Our 3 year old had a BLAST on all of the rides - including the roller coaster! Very decent pricing for tickets (which never expire) and good discounts for food, if you get the ticket/coupon book combo. Food from the concession stand is also pretty decent in quality. We'll definitely go back next time we are in town!

Great place for the little one's. Very reasonable prices($29.00) for a book of 25 tickets that never expire. Also in the book are deals on food and mini golf. The park is clean and the ride operators are there to see that your little one has a great adventure on there ride! I do believe that this park is on hold from the 50's and that is a good thing. One book is good for two visits. The joy you have watching your little one is as much fun as they are having!

Memphis Kiddie Park is an excellent place to go for an after dinner treat. My family of five, including kids ages 10,7, and 5 had a good time here one evening in early July. The park was clean, the staff was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. For $29, we got 25 tickets for the rides (each ride is one ticket per rider). The only thing that kind of stunk was that my oldest two, because they were above 48 inches could only ride the carousel, the train, and the roller coaster. They still managed to use all of their tickets and had an enjoyable time. My youngest went on a riding spree, riding the ferris wheel, planes, boats, cars, and all the other carnival-style rides they had to offer. It really is a good time and doesn't take a huge time investment. It's in a so-so area of Cleveland, but we never felt unsafe in any way.

I had a little time to spend after lunch in Cleveland and decided to surprise my teens and grandkids (I took the grandkids' parents there when they were little) with a visit to a place that my parents took my brothers and me to when I was young. Only one in our group was under 50" but there are three rides that those taller than 50" could ride and a mini-golf course. We had a couple hours of inexpensive fun! If we hadn't already eaten, I know they would have hit up the snack bar. The park is in very good condition and has a throw-back vintage feel to it which makes the visit memorable. I was so glad to see that this is a popular place for families to take their children to. There is no charge to enter the park and you can buy single tickets or get a deal on 10 tickets or a 25-ticket book with coupon deals in it. Check the weather before you decide to go.

Brought our daughters here 28 years ago and now we brought our 2-1/2 year old grandsons. We all loved it! Buy a ride coupon booklet for $29.00 and enjoy 25 rides and have a few hours fun...all with little ones in mind. We couldn't use all the non-ride coupons (free or discounted food, mini-golf) but they never expire. Super friendly staff and though the rides are aging they are kept clean and well repaired. Free admisison, free parking, no long lines (Sunday afternoon). The boys said they want to come back when they are up from Columbus again.

My mother took me to this pint sized amusement park when I was a child. I took my children, and now they (or Nonna and Papa) take their children!! Cheap, and the booklet of ride tickets never expires, so you can use it all summer or year after year until the tots get too big. Pint sized ferris wheel, completely enclosed; boats in the water; train ride around the park, with a "real" train crossing!! A roller coaster that really gets that 2, 3, 4, 5 year old heart pounding, helicopters that go up and down and much more. Small enough for Grandma and Grandpa to walk with no problem, but to the little ones it's HUGE!! Actually there are a total of 11 rides.Little concession stand with hot dogs, pop corn, ice cream, cotton candy and stuff to drink and outdoor picnic tables to sit at. Clean bath rooms, no admission charge and free parking. This place is a gem. If you have little ones you MUST take an hour or two and play, play, play!! There IS a small putt-putt golf course so if you have older kids that want something to do while you are playing with the little ones, they do have something to do, but this place is really a special place for the little ones. Memphis Kiddie Park is NOT open year round, I believe they close Labor Day weekend. Take the time to make the memories. They're only little once!!

A 1950/1960's throwback the park and rides are well maintained. If you purchase a book of ride tickets (each ride takes 1 ticket) there are free things in the book like bogo hot dogs, discount food coupon, free popcorn and cotton candy. With the exception of the roller coaster, carousel, and train children must be under 50' tall to ride. There is also a mini golf course next to the park.
