tam o'shanter golf course

A canton classic!!!! Love to play either of the 2 18 hole courses at Tammy. You can feel the tradition and the staff is wonderful.Love to play there.

Tammy is the best public course in the Canton, Ohio area hands down. My favorite is the Hills (18 holes). The entire course is very well kept and the greens are challenging. The best deal in town is going on this summer. If you tee off any weekday between 12-2pm 18 holes with a cart costs $22.00. For the quality of course, you cannot beat that deal. It goes through July but I am hoping they extend it into August.

Great course, Patty is terrific. Greens in great shape. Price is terrific. Love the upstairs of the old-school clubhouse.

You must try Tammy if you like golf and like scenic holes.With 36 holes to play, you can always be challenged and enjoy it.

"Tammy" as we locals call it has two 18 hole courses. Both are very well maintained and the prices are about average for this area. They have a lot of leagues during the week which can be a problem if you want to play on a weekday afternoon, but other times usually have a few openings even last minute.

These two courses are different characters. The Hills course is I believe tougher than the Dales course. There is a very nice practice facility. They are setup for almost everything a golfer needs.

We golf here quite often with our young sons. Golf is a very expensive family outing and Tam has a nice family price -- kid's golf free after 3 on the weekends; however, you still have to pay their half of the cart and walking with kids at this course is really not an option with the size of some of the hills and considering how much you would slow down play for other golfers if the kids did walk.
