My husband, a friend, and I went there on a Saturday night to listen to some music and have a couple drinks. After having some food and a couple drinks, I asked the server to bring me two fruity "foofoo" shots, one for me and one for my friend. She comes back with two shots in actual shot glasses. The server says "This is a pink lemonade. It's vodka, sour mix and cranberry." We drank them and they tasted like juice. I politely complained to the server that the bartender didn't give us each a full shot. The server directed me to the bartender. I politely gave the same complaint to the bartender. She told me if I wanted a full shot of liquor mixed with other ingredients, I should have ordered a mix drink. She stomped away like a toddler and proceeded to get the owner. The owner comes over to talk to me. I, again, was very calm and polite. He listens to my complaint then asks me, "So, you don't want to pay for the two shots." I say, "I'm sorry, but no. I didn't get a full shot of liquor in each shot." He says, "Ok, then I'm going to call the police." I was floored! I said, "Are you being serious? This is the worst customer service I've ever received and we won't be back. He said, "Good. I don't want you back." I was jaw to the floor shocked. We paid the bill and IMMEDIATELY left. The very sad part is it was 9:30-9:45 at night and we were the only customers in there. He pissed off his only paying customers. Also, the good was not that great (typical bar food) and it took over a half hour to get a salad, jalapeno poppers, and French fries. About 10 minutes after we ordered, we proceeded to watch the server bring a plate of fries to another employee and they stuffed their face while we waited on our food. Remember, we were the only people in the place aside from the band. It was HORRIBLE!

Great blue bar with terrific food. I had the strip steak, great seasoning. Done perfect. Others had the lamb and the burger. All outstanding. Large selection of unique beers and we listened to a really good blues band. We had great time and looking forward to going back. You have to try this place. It's good to see an owner that is truly "passionate" about his restaurant and the blues. Go check it out!

I'm so glad I found Passion Blues! There is always a variety of music playing no matter what night I decide to go and their new menu has excellent food! My steak was cooked perfectly. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The small two dollar cover charge for the environment, music, and fun was worth it. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone who enjoys blues!

I love this place. The owner was so concerned that my party was having a wonderful time. I love how each band he books is different, showing a wide variety of blues sound. The beer menu is great, I can try all kinds of new things. The new food menu is great too. The parking lot is well-lit and the staff will happily walk anyone to their car to ensure customer safety. Glad this local guy came home to bring this awesome joint to Canton.

The 2 guitars and drum never played anything resembling blues. There is a $2 cover charge. The beer selection is terrible and the expensive one I chose, a French red ale, was the worst I have ever tasted. It had zero carbonation and was oxidized. When I complained to the manager, he said "it was supposed to be that way." I am a certified beer judge & can assure anyone that it was not supposed to be that way.
