Creekside Park in Gahanna is a great place to walk around. There are many restaurants to choose from ranging in price to an expensive with Wen moderately expensive at chio vino. they have paddle boats to rent or you can just follow the path around the creek.at Christmas time the area is all lit up and turns into a winter wonderland. It's a nice small walk especially for a young family.

A beautiful oasis. My husband and I love this area. Enjoy the the waterscape, the creek and the patio area.

We go to Creekside all the time...either after eating dinner around there or attending an event. The kids love to see the creek and run around the walking path. The fountain area is beautiful.

This is a beautiful area to walk and just enjoy. You can choose to just walk or you can sit and enjoy the scenery.

We stumbled on this as we were staying nearby. The Jazz Festival is June 20-22 and worth paying the $5 entry. Some interesting food booths and they have several stages set up with different music. Fun to walk around and there is a carnival set up across the street, if you have kids (or enjoy it yourself!). The area has some good restaurants (check out TA reviews for Gahanna area). It was a fun couple of hours.

I love this area! I have been here several times for the view and for the food served in this area. We go to the Old Bag of Nails and try to hit it on a Wed. for their all you can eat shrimp. Then we walk the Park area behind it. It's fun to watch the ducks and swans. Usually get photos at the waterfalls and run around the paddle boat area. In the winter, they have it set up at Christmas time with a little village scene. Great to see any time of year.

If you are in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area and have some time you should make it a point to visit Creekside in Gahanna. It's a natural setting along a creek with a 9 hole golf course, paddle boats, a waterfall and many restaurants and shops. As of this writing the underground parking at Creekside is free and the area is about as safe and family friendly as you can get. There is live music every Friday evening in the summer thru the month of September and for some reason Gahanna seems to have a burger joint, pizza joint, bar, fish joint or ice cream parlor on every corner in the downtown area. There are many choices and much fun to be had. There is a Bag of Nails, a sports bar named Coaches and another named Signitures that are noteworthy. Come and visit and have fun. But be sure to observe the rules and don't speed as the Gahanna Police are very professional and don't take any guff!

I live two minutes away from here, it is a great place to stroll, take pictures and hangout. They are building a new restaurant, hopefully it will be reasonably priced. At Christmas, the lights are fun. I wouldn't drive too far out of my way to come here, but if you are close by, it's definitely worth a visit.

I love this area. It's so beautiful and peaceful and in the summer there is a lot to do including the Gahanna Blues & Jazz Festival. I love bringing the kids to watch the ducks and take a stroll on the nature paths. Also a beautiful place to take family portraits, engagement pics, and senior pics! Wish this area was here when I was growing up.

Creekside Park lies below the restaurant district in Gahanna and it is a perfect place to go with the kids after dinner to feed the ducks or take a paddle boat ride just before you head back up for an ice cream cone. The water is within reach of you want to step in and walk around the shallow area or with your kid or your dog or whoever. Past the waterfall area, you can walk into the more wooded area with clear walkways in the shade. At night, there are parts of the path that are well lit and others not so much. Its just a nice little place to stop by and spend some time. I don't know what anyone could say that would be negative about it.

I dare you to find a better place to eat for the money. You can eat outside in the summer and watch the swan, ducks and geese. Make sure to give it a try. You will go back.

Its small, your average park. It's worth walking through if your already in Gahanna, but definitely not worth driving to go see.
