I played the talon which was seriously tough but great fun. The service from start to finish was incredible and the staff must all come from a modelling agency. The club house is fantastic as was the food and service. The front nine is challenging; and my favourite hole had to be the 5th sentinel a fantastic wee par 3.Now I was two down at the turn and pulled it back to one down and arrived at the 17th 56 degree lob and landed it 1 yard from the pin! Best shot off the day. Loved the 12 and 13 great holes!Could go on all day!

Stopped with small group to play a round of golf before heading to Cleveland for a sporting event. Played here last fall and loved it. While the layout is fantastic, course conditions have declined dramatically. It has been one of the wettest summers in Ohio, but there was plenty of brown grass to be found. Some sand traps are getting pretty full of weeds. Staff was friendly. Pace of play was very slow. We drove 2 hours to play the course. For the price and conditions, would consider playing another course next time.

My wife and I along with another couple had dinner at Grey Hawk last Saturday evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service. We started with an appetizer and bottle of wine. Next we ordered our meals of salmon, tuna and sirloin steaks. Everything was delicious. We ordered another bottle of wine (by the way we had the pinot noir) and finished sharing a dessert of brownies and vanilla ice cream. Our server Rebecca and manager Lloyd made our evening a night that we will remember and surely come back again! Gracias to the dining at Grey Hawk.

Nice layout, course isn't always in the best shape, and it's location is off the beaten track. Same designer at Red Tail, rate deals available.

most challenging course in lorain county , classic design , did have a disease in some fairways this year , but got under control by year end

The greens are great! Make sure to go off season for better prices.

Been to this course a number of times. Good layout with a wide variety of holes. Not boring. Pretty tough too.
