Having never shot a hand gun before, I very much appreciated the 1 hour safety class that my group arranged and the overall concern for safety. The store had everything one would need to learn to shoot or hone your skills. Rental guns, ammunition, targets, ear and eye protection and advice all at a reasonable price. They also have a large selection of guns for sale. The only thing missing was pizza!

Point Blank opened this location NE of Cleveland in 2014. It really looks great - super clean and well-lit store. The range itself is also really clean and well-maintained as well as soundproofed. There is an employee in the range area at all times, ready to help out and to make sure everyone is following safety rules. The lanes are well-enclosed so you will not be hit by brass from the neighboring shooter. You can shoot rifles and shotguns here. Customer service is excellent - the many employees here were unfailingly polite and friendly when I visited. Some people at gun shops exhibit a disdainful attitude towards customers who are beginners or novices - many of you probably know what I am writing about. I didn't see any of that here. I did not spend that much time looking through their inventory or checking out the prices. My only complaint about Point Blank is that the prices are a little high, but considering the quality of the facility it is probably fair. They charge $5 for an annual "membership" and $3 for a cardboard backing -- which is ticky-tacky, nickle-and-dime crap in my opinion. Perhaps you can bring your own piece of cardboard. Other than this complaint, my overall rating is Excellent. I plan to come back for their CCW class.
