Great course! Would play again! Have played several tImes. Gorgeous views, convenient and very challenging.

I have been playing this course at least once a season for over 10 years. Went today for the first time this year and the course is fun and different but the greens are not what they were a few years ago. Seems each passing year they get worse, bare spots all over and fungus on all. They have been over watered for years and the fungus is not controlled causing extreme damage to them. It is a shame to see this happen to any course. I grew up in Florida and now live in Ohio and if this happened in Florida, someone would be looking for a new job. It hurts to see a great track like this just going downhill year after year. Shame.

This was a very challenging course. Lots of hills, very interesting shots, but fun to play. A little pricey but they give Senior citizen discounts.

I golf around at different courses, and this was a very enjoyable time, a bit different, just not the same flat up and back fairways. Very nice course!

If you can hit your driver dead straight then you might enjoy this course. If you miss the narrow fairways by even a bit there's a good chance you won't find your ball. The rough is more like British Open gorse. Golf is supposed to be fun and it's not fun when your knees are knocking on all 18 tee shots. My advice would be to look at it from the parking lot (what you see is what you get) and decide for yourself if you'd like to give it a try. Personally, being a bogey golfer, I need a little more room to spray it around.

If you're a scratch golfer and really want tested, this is a course for you. If you're an average golfer and don't like losing half a dozen balls playing golf, stay away from this track. Not sure what they were shooting for when it was designed but it's way too difficult for most golfers to enjoy.

Black Diamond is not the longest course you will hit, although there is a par 6 650 yard hole on the front 9, but it is a great course in the middle of cow country. Nice fairways, beautiful greens and nice scenery along the entire course. The fairways are tighter than most but the rough is not a severe penalty. There are a couple of holes where they force the driver back in your back so you have to use some strategy, but for the most part you can swing the club you want. All in all I really liked this course. Worth the visit. Don't go for the club house, you will be dissappointed. Go for the golf. In fact, take your wife to amish country and drop her off at a cheese barn for a few hours and tell her you want to look at a piece of furniture for your anniversary and go hit the course. Sure, she probably put on 20 pounds in free sample cheese but it will be worth it.

i played this course just last week and it is truly an impressive layout they way they have carved out a course in this region is amazing the views are awesome and the golf is pure you have to think on every shot, the course seem to me to need a little help though it was lacking some sand in the traps and the all around look of the fairways was in need of a trim job but the greens were excellent. I will return in the fall not only for the golf but i can only imagine what it will look like in it's fall foilage.

Our group has played the course three years running and love it! It is challenging to even the best golfers and just plain fun for the weekend hacker. The layout is awesome. Play it, you will love it!

Black Diamond is one of the finest golf courses I have played. The fairways and greens are in immaculate condition, and the views from every hole are absolutely breathtaking. It is hard to argue with putting on a green with wildlife next to you in a perfectly preserved environmental area. I can hardly wait to play this fantastic course once again. It was well beyond my expectations and the 90 minute drive home was spent marvelling at the experience we had just completed.

I just spent the day golfing at Black Diamond Golf Course in Millersburg and I had a great time. This is the most challanging and beautiful place ever. There is lots of water and the bent grass is perfect. Four tee boxes on every hole. Just try this once and you will be addicted like me!!!!
