african safari wildlife park

We took a couple (older) grandchildren there, when we had a trip to Sandusky. This is a drive-thru park, primarily. You can buy carrots and feed from the park attendants, and the animals will come up to your car and you can feed them.Just outside of the drive-thru portion is a place to park that offers a souvenir shop, basic food and soft drinks, and also features a walk-thru zoo. You can also have a camel ride there.The kids loved it, and we loved taking them through the property. I would recommend this to animal lovers.

A lot of people will put down this place, but honestly you will have the best time ever. I do suggest you bring your own carrots since they charge $5 a bag for them. You can also pay for a cup of food but be warned the animals will attack it. Bring a camera along also for many pictures and also, leave the new vehicle behind.
