Overall it is a beautiful casino and I found the casino very clean. I do think a customer service 101 could be helpful with a certain employee who obviously felt his position was more important than his casino guests.

Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati is the worst casino I have ever been to. They do not value, nor take care of their guests. The security staff and restaurant staff have extremely poor customer service. They are rude, give you attitude and make the overall experience a total disaster. I will never spend another dime in that casino based off of my last two experiences with the staff. There are plenty of casinos in this area that offer better comps and a higher lever of customer satisfaction. I recommend not visiting horseshoe casino cincinnati.

If you're an adult looking for an entertaining experience for adults without dealing with any of the nonsense you find in bars the Horseshoe is the place to go. All the drinks and food you'd get at a bar/restaurant with the added excitement of music and gaming. Even if you're just enjoying the atmosphere or people watching its a great place to go to be entertained. I felt safe the whole time and there was kind of a feeling of camaraderie even amongst strangers.

I like the fact that it is a non smoking casino, I wish their were more like it.It is about 2 hours from my home in Indianapolis I wish they were closer.

Overall the horse shoe is a bright clean place to play. The dealers seem to be very friendly. Minimum table limits are a bit high. No $5.00 option.

My first trip to Cincinnati's Horseshoe casino was a great experience. nervous when I first walked in until the doorman greeted me. Doorman was so helpful in taking the time to give me very informative information in and tips and how to get around casino floor and also info on how some of the slot machines work. Then after walking around a few I wandered over to the total rewards center to see about signing up. once again greeted by a very nice gentleman who was very knowledgable and walked and talked me through the entire process and also signed me up for their total rewards visa. all in all the staff in Cincinnati is very friendly and knowledgable and make you feel at home and comfortable in the casino. would sure recommend for all and I will be back sooner than later.

Nice experience the staff was fun friendly and helpful. The casino was clean and easy to get around in.

don't depend on the shuttle service everything else is nice . embassy suites hotel is exceptional and the employees there are very friendle and accommodating but the horseshoe casino employees who drive the shuttle need to take a lesson from embassy suites hotel. they left us stranded late at night for over and hour in a parkinig lot.

The Parlor-smoking, but it is filthy, they need to maintain it as in clean, so there is ashes covering everything

Casino was alright. Had better service at other ones in Vegas before. Caesars group is pretty good though, like their rewards program even though I feel like I've put in some time and haven't gotten. Anything rewarding yet.
