I have been to the casino one time. We were in there for about an hour and I was sick for three days! The smoke is disgusting!! It is loud and crowded. Definitely not a place I enjoy. I will spend my money elsewhere.
The employees acted like it was an inconvenience to help someone. The machine wouldn't work, and the employees tried and tried to get my credit to print. While I waited on their stupidity. Then they didn't want to take the time to give me my money back. Took close to 45 minutes. Wasted time, terrible employees.
I moved away from this part of the country for a few months last year to explore other poker "places" I kept my place out here and out of every casino that i have been to (and I have been to a lot) this casino does not care about you unless you play there all the time. I have played at this casino more then any other (before I left) but since coming back I will avoid it at all costs. Not once did this place send me a "We miss you" , "Here's a free play to get you back" promotion or anything. Then when returning, during my birthday month, I asked about a bday promotion and was told that I had to have a coupon which they mail out with monthly promotions. When I did play there a lot I was a "top tier" member and received the most free play any member could. Now, I receive nothing. Comparing this to about 4 other casinos in Okla that I have only been to a handful of times, I still get flyers from them for free rooms, buffet, etc. All have den a bday reminder and one that I had never been to in Tulsa, not only gave me free play for bday month but also a choice of random prizes to choose from and picked $50 in free play.... The staff at this casino is also some of the worst customer service ppl I have ever encountered. Most walk with their head down and wont even acknowledge you while some security will hover around like you at a thief. About the only friend staff members are the ones that were lucky enough to get a job elsewhere in the casino after the poker room was closed. Compared to even a old, neighborhood casino in Vegas of similar size this place rates in the negatives. Any casino that adds on with two double wide trailers has no clue what a casino is. The parking Is horrendous and I know for a fact that this tribe pays the fine to the state of Oklahoma for not paying bad a certain pct of money put into the machines as agreed upon by the state and the Indian tribes in the Compaq that was mutually approved by both. If you can, keep driving east, there is plenty more to choose from especially on east side of OKC on I40 & south as well. The Chickasaw nation hasbthe most and is ran in a proper manner. The Grand in Shawnee and Hard Rock in Tulsa are the closest to Vegas in appearance. It is a shame that the only prejudices in this country, today are the fact that the Indians can run casinos on basically any land that they can get ahold of. If a white man could do the same, I would open one up as close to LuckY Starvin Clinton and they would be lucky to have 20 patrons inside
We stopped by on our way to California. The casino itself was not the cleanest and the seats by the machines were filled with holes in the cushions from cigarette burns. On the whole the casino was not the best and would only go if you HAD to go gambling. If not drive by and find another one.
I had a lot of fun like the new rooms just wish the non smoking room had more slot machines but my friends and I had a great time didn't win anything
Was only at this local casino for about 1 hour. If you win how can it be bad? I won $200 and never used any of my own money! We also ate at the casino and found it to be tasty. Only negative comment is the parking issue. They furnish golf cart or van transportation from the parking area but we found them to not be running upon leaving. My mother-in-law is not so mobile so this did present a problem.
Lots and lots machines. Different rooms and two non smoking areas. Staff members were friendly and at least one assigned to each room.
The casino is not too far from hotel, however, I made a donation this time. Better luck next time as they say.
I went to the casino for a couple hours after the kids went to bed on a family trip with my firned. The staff was nice and there were several slot machines. We didn't win big but we had a good time.
The casino did not have very many slots to choose from and was smaller than we're used to, but it was fun for the short time we were there.
