pheasant run winery

I am a member of the wine club which is a good value for yummy wines. We usually take out if town guests to visit this winery because of its overall appeal. Put it on your list of tasting rooms to visit.

I've stopped by Pheasant run a couple of time now. Once with a group and another time just to taste wine and listen to some music. Both times I have been impressed. Pheasant Run has wines made from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley, Columbia Valley, and Walla Walla. This is not the usual for most tasting rooms in the area, but it's a touch that I really liked. I especially liked the Cab, and the Bank Robber Red, which is a red blend (ask about the story behind the bank robber).The tasting room is in a historic bank building with seating outside in nice weather. I was there on an evening that food was available and had a tasty sandwich. If you like a wide range of good wines, you will enjoy this stop.
