It's just a theater, folks. And if the idea of dinner delivered to your seat sounds appealing (it did to me), remember that it's dark in a theater. I prefer to be able to see my plate and my fork. I also prefer to see my movie, which is more difficult when eating. Yes, the chairs are comfy, but made for relaxing, not for eating. I guess if you're used to eating on the sofa while streaming Netlix in the dark you'll be kind of excited to be able to do it at the big screen.

We've been there several times and always enjoyed it. Big comfy reclining seats, and food & drinks delivered. Also the location has lots of other pubs & eateries nearby. It is more expensive than regular cinemas, keep that in mind if you are a movie addict.

comfortable seats and great food. I really like the footstools and that they will bring your food to your seat.

Start with a first-run movie. Add overstuffed reclining seats & ottomans. And top it off with name brand wines, craft beers and tasty pub food, and you've got the perfect combination of in-theatre dining and an fantastic entertainment experience. Expect to enjoy it, but also be prepared for the cost, because there is a premium on the all-inclusive experience they create.

Been here a few times. Always a good experience, buyiy is kind of spendy. Nice to be able to order food, have it delivered to your table with drinks.

We enjoy the cinema location. With the many different styles of venues, you can enjoy many different types of settings. Living Room. (Small <seats 20ish> Larger<seats 40ish>. Fireplace settings. Comfortable couch and overstuffed chairs. There is the normal arena seating- larger and smaller rooms. Some areas have menu dining before the film starts including beverage and alcohol also.

Love the fact that you can sit in comfort. Chairs with foot stools , reclining in the 21 and over theaters. Where you can have food and drinks . It is nice to have a place you can take the kids put also a place to go as an adult without kids .

Large screens and comfy seats give a plush feel to the cinema experience in this multiplex. This edition of the Cinetopia chain is tucked away above the Progress Ridge shopping center, which may be hard to find for those unfamiliar with the neighborhood. The refreshment stand boasts multi-flavored popcorn varieties, and an adjacent coffee shop provides food options apart from your conventional theater snacks. The seats vary in quality from conventional to ultra-deluxe (complete with wooden detachable food-tray), depending on what theater you choose. The screens in some of the auditoriums are some of the biggest around, reflecting the latest in digital projection technology. But, all this high-tech opulence makes an evening at Cinetopia more expensive than going to the movies just about anywhere else around Portland -- except at the Cinetopia in neighboring Vancouver, WA. Best advice: try it once, and make up your mind if it's worth the investment.

I love watching movies in cinetopia, is like being in the comfort of my home. I can order food and wine, the food is very good but a little on the spendy side. I can also visit with friends before the movie starts, the seats are wide and recline making it very comfortable to watch a movie. After you experience Cinetopia, you will never go to a regular movie theatre again.

We really like Cinetopia theaters, and go to this location primarily due to the 21+ Living Room showings. The seats are uber comfy; they wait on you in the theater; you can order an adult beverage (if you're so inclined); and no screaming mee-mee's.... (I love kids - don't get me wrong - but there's a time & place, ya know?!?) The screens are huge and the sound is good too. They offer 3D showings too. The food served is a good selection, but a bit pricey - which is typical for the movies nowadays. So, if you're bringing a "hot date", bring some extra spending $$ for popcorn. The movie parlor theaters are "cozy", but I don't find the seating comfortable nor user-friendly. BUT, if you've got a couples night planned and you want to cuddle, that's the place for you.

We saw American Sniper here last weekend since it wasn't playing at Living Room Theater in downtown Portland. Purchasing tickets online was easy and allowed us to skip the line, however, I prefer the seat selection option offered at Living Room Theater as you still have to line up in the hallway and make a made dash to secure desired seats. While the food and beverage prices are a little high, you at least don't have to settle for only popcorn, soda and candy. The food quality is pretty good and wine/beer selection is above average. The servers are very friendly and efficient and have amazing agility having to navigate around the footstools in the dark!Sound and viewing quality are fantastic as are the roomy and comfortable chairs with foot stools. One of the only downsides (in comparison to Living Room Theater), is that it is really massive and spread out making it difficult to make it to and from the restrooms quickly.

The good...Good food, spacious, and cleanThe bad...Over priced food $50 for 2 burgers and fries and 2 drinks.Mediocre serviceThe ugly.... The first three visits we had issues, one "the lion king" they sent half of the people (our group included) to the wrong theater and they didn't notice till 10 minutes into the lion king. So we missed the beginning. They offered nothing for the trouble, we had to complain to management who replaced out tickets. When we tried to use the replacement tickets they weren't for the grand XL which we paid for and had to complaint again. -.-

We have been here too many times to count and is the only place my wife and go now to see a movie. We have been in all the theaters and have enjoyed them all; each one offers you something for the mood you are in. The big thing here is comfort and comfort is just what you will find, put your feet up and enjoy. You can have a glass of wine or cold beer and something to eat brought to you right at your seat. The food is fine; remember you are at a movie and not a fine restaurant and when you think about what the servers have to go through they do a great job.Does this cost you a bit more, maybe? But I feel it is more than worth it.

Everything about Cinetopia is a prime experience. The theaters are extremely comfortable from the Living Room theater to the Grand Auditorium. They use high quality digital sound systems that allows the decibel level to be reduced. Yet you can still hear every bit of dialog and eery creaking sound. Yes the price is slightly higher then other theater chains, but the GXL is usually cheaper. Bad parts: Rules on which theaters you can drink in are confusing. The food could be even better. Right now it's slightly better then a chain restaurant, but I think they could easily up their game even more.

Paid $15.00 each for movie tickets!!!!! and if that was not bad enough the seats nearly killed us.....oh sure at first they appeared nice. This was the smaller screens/rooms, I don't remember what they called it "Living Room or Parlor"??? lots of small seating a bit separated from other seats like love seats and as I said at first they looks comfortable and cozy, NOT.....the seat was anything but comfortable as it went down in the middle, kind of like a bad over worn bed. By the end of the movie, which could not happen soon enough, our backs were killing us. This was in June 2014 and I've not been back to this theater and really don't think I ever will because you don't know if you will get this awful room as when we purchased the tickets we were not told the movie was in this "special" room.....
