The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a fine place for dogs or kids, because there's room to run and explore. There's a nice covered area with a view, and it's near quite a few other wineries. I enjoyed all of their wines especially the red blend. It is annoying that even though I purchased 3 bottles of wine and a few other items, my tasting fee isn't credited. I suggest they change this policy.

Wow, so very worth the trip! It is probably the best view of all local vineyards. Mid week in October is not a time of crowds and as I entered the serene confines of the tasting room I found myself alone. Soon a tall dark Dane by the name of Will greeted me and entertained me until the arrival of a perky lass named Liz. The vastness of the view is dwarfed only by this young lady's knowledge of wines and her intense passion for production of fine wine Serra has a mix of old vines and some newer on their estate and I have to say they are coming along nicely. Suffice to say when leaving this hidden gem I immediately pushed the memory button on my GPS. I will be back, there is much more to Serra I want to experience.

We found the staff at Serra to be quite dull. The young man leading the tasting had no sense of humor, and didn't even crack a smile. Thus, we felt the tasting experience really suffered. The wines were on the dry side, but we did not enjoy them at all due to the staff. The scenery, however, was phenomenal! I would go sit on their deck again, but would not taste the wine....This winery is toted as the most high tech winery around the area, but of the three we tasted that day, was by far our least favorite. Winos beware....bad staff = bad tasting experience.

We purchased a flight of wine. Then purchased a bottle of one of the wines we had tasted. However we were not credited the $5.00 tasting fee towards the bottle of wine we purchased, which is what other wineries we have visited have done . Because of this we will not go back.Sorry but a $26.00 bottle of wine is a lot of money in this economy. It would have been much easier to accept $21.00.Just saying.
